Top transaction: Almost $1 million for golf course home

A house in Plantation Bay was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of April 4-10 in the Multiple Listing Service. M.A. Rhynard, as representative, sold 1338 Redbourne Lane to Stephen and Anne Koch, of Ormond Beach, for $926,000. Built in 2006, the house is a 4/3.5 and has a swimming pool and 3,883 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Brian and Denise Moore sold 84 Oak Ave. to MAM Beach Holdings LLC, of Fort Myers, for $315,000. Built in 1976, the house is a 4/2 and has a fireplace and 2,350 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $205,000.

Robert and Luanne Treado, of Southington, Connecticut, sold 89 S. Atlantic Ave., Unit J060, to Janice Hogenmuller, of Ormond Beach, for $286,000. Built in 1979, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,200 square feet.

Brian and Denise Moore sold 791 Arroyo Parkway to Patricia Dillon and Martin Tibbetts, of Ormond Beach, for $240,000. Built in 1971, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,690 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $132,000.

Michele Murphy, of Speculator, New York, sold 74 Woodsong Lane to Kathy Kile, of Ormond Beach, for $235,000. Built in 1977, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,448 square feet.

Hi-Land Properties LLC, of West Palm Beach, sold 280 N. Ridgewood Ave. to Ana Castilla for $225,000. Built in 1947, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,388 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $98,000.

Brian Sieg, of Holly Hill, sold 676 Cordova Ave. to Olga Wilson and Zuleika Price, of Jacksonville, for $181,000. Built in 1943, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 864 square feet.

Breakaway Trails

Deborah and Frederick Silber, of Palm Coast, sold 8 Lost Spring Way to Peter and Cheryl Garrett, of Ormond Beach, for $500,000. Built in 1994, the house is a 4/2.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,824 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $340,000.

Chelsea Place

Maxine and Jared Johnson, of Ormond Beach, sold 340 Chesham St. to Michael and Patricia Shumaker, of Ormond Beach, for $380,000. Built in 2017, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 2,008 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $351,300.

Halifax Plantation

Larry and Katherine Shutts, of Estero, sold 1463 Carlow Circle to Janson Jones and Lori Mumpower, of Ormond Beach, for $260,000. Built in 2004, the townhouse is a 3/2 and has 1,684 square feet.

Oak Forest

Nikki and Daniel Pierce, of Ormond Beach, sold 1518 N. Beach St. to Michael Gist, of Ormond Beach, for $279,900. Built in 1986, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 2,040 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $175,000.

Ormond Lakes

Steven and Jeannie McDonald, of Libertyville, Illinois, sold 31 Lakecliff Drive to Brian and Denice Cowell, of Ormond Beach, for $585,000. Built in 1999, the house is a 4/3.5 and has a fireplace and 3,445 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $425,000.

Plantation Bay

Harry and Lisa Rodriguez, of Ormond Beach, sold 1304 Dovercourt Lane to Brian and Krystal Tischendorf, of Ormond Beach, for $690,000. Built in 2004, the house is a 4/3 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,899 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $520,000.

Sawtooth

Leonardo Betancourt and Marlene Malagon sold 23 Southern Pine Trail to John Allison and Beracha Ezagui, of Sherman Oaks, California, for $290,000. Built in 1984, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,877 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $204,000.

Barbara and James Harlin, of Ormond Beach, sold 14 Havenwood Trail to Tiffany Richards and Joshua Flowers, of Ormond Beach, for $216,500. Built in 1979, the house is a 2/2 and has a fireplace and 1,780 square feet.

Tomoka Estates

Karen Hood, Ricky Clarke, Timothy Clarke, Dennis Clarke and Tricia Cross, of Ormond Beach, sold 453 Palm Ave. to Charles and Marcia Allison, of Ormond Beach, for $545,000. Built in 1990, the house is a 3/3 and has a boat dock, boat house and 1,763 square feet.

Tomoka Oaks

Taylor Westfall, of Ormond Beach, sold 52 Pine Valley Circle to Adam and Kelsey Kipi, of Ormond Beach, for $430,000. Built in 1964, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,832 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $226,000.

Scott and Joanna Howe, of Palm Coast, sold 204 Rio Pinar Drive to Christopher and Sarah Alderson, of Ormond Beach, for $367,550. Built in 1980, the house is a 4/2.5 and has a fireplace and 1,950 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $272,000.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Dennis and Carol Ryan, of The Villages, sold 3558 John Anderson Drive to Timothy and Debra Kuhn, of Ormond Beach, for $635,000. Built in 1980, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace, boat dock, swimming pool and 2,226 square feet.

Peter and Stacy Horachek, of Deerfield Beach, sold 1183 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 301, to Vicki and Richard Morris, of Orlando, for $390,000. Built in 1995, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,198 square feet.

Richard Hill, of Ormond Beach, sold 2315 Bonnie View Drive to Gregory Henderson and Dane Hymore, of Ormond Beach, for $340,000. Built in 1969, the house is a 2/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,649 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $258,000.

Joyce Bornack, individually and as trustee, sold 8 Seacrest Drive to Malcolm Noble and Kirsten Koza, of Ontario, Canada, for $301,400. Built in 1958, the house is a 2/2 and has a fireplace and 1,150 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $257,500.

Robert and Mary Whiteside sold 10 Berkley Road to Mary and Keith Moore, of Ormond Beach, for $271,738. Built in 1962, the house is a 2/1.5 and has 1,014 square feet.

Kathleen Formosa sold 52 River Shore Drive to Matthew Paris and Olia Kvitchenko, of Ormond Beach, for $215,000. Built in 1956, the house is a 2/1 and has 756 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $152,000.
