A house with a swimming pool on the Halifax River was the top real estate transaction for July 22-28 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. John and Linda Goodrich, of Ormond Beach, sold 620 John Anderson Drive to Benjamin Moore, of Ormond Beach, for $1.15 million. Built in 1985, the house has five bedrooms, 5.5 baths, a fireplace, boat dock, boat house and 4,944 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $420,000. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.
Ormond Beach
John and Anna Olgren, of Lakeville, Pennsylvania, sold 295 Riverbend Road to Sergio Vignali, of Ormond Beach, for $560,000. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 3,903 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $600,000.
Samuel and Barbara Willett, of Ormond Beach, sold 412 Black Oak Lane to Kristin and Paul Grenelle, of Ormond Beach, for $368,000. Built in 1989, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace and 3,128 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $180,000.
John Atkins, of Daytona Beach, sold 385 Calle Grande St. to Monica Braden, of Ormond Beach, for $335,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,294 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $175,000.
Andrew D’Anna and Kristy Patterson, of Ormond Beach, sold 16 Dormont Drive to Sean and Michelle Mullen, of Ormond Beach, for $324,900. Built in 1958, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,632 square feet. It sold in January for $187,000.
Candace Kealy and Linda Decker, of Thonotosassa, sold 317 Fir St. to Daniel and Natalie Kennedy, of Ormond Beach, for $237,000. Built in 1972, the house has five bedrooms, two baths, two half-baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,340 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $169,000.
MTGLQ Investors LP, of Irvine, California, sold 440 Leeway Trail to John Regan, of Ormond Beach, for $235,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, boat dock, barn and 2,608 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $140,000.
St. Augustine Ventures LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 1481 Springleaf Drive to Samuel Mercado, of Ormond Beach, for $230,000. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,708 square feet.
Joan Pearsall, of Ormond Beach, sold 813 Knollview Blvd. to Ray Smith, of Ormond Beach, for $225,000. Built in 1976, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,643 square feet. It sold in 1988 for $83,900.
Dyanne Havner, Sandra Velnot and Tish Atehortua sold 506 Pinewood St. to Andrew D’Anna and Kristy Patterson, of Ormond Beach, for $208,000. Built in 1963, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,018 square feet.
Jana and Alex Urchuk sold 646 Flamingo Drive, Unit A, to James and Donna Slavin, of Saint Johns, for $145,000. Built in 1947, the villa has two bedrooms, one bath and 798 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $131,000.
Virginia Miller, of Birmingham, Alabama, sold 457 Mcintosh Road to Paul B. Porter Jr. LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $100,000. Built in 1962, the house has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,176 square feet. It sold in 1973 for $18,000.
Howard Offenberg and Colby Landrum sold 679 Wellington Station Blvd., Unit 25, to Heather Hankey, of Ormond Beach, for $90,000. Built in 1988, the condo has one bedroom, one bath and 725 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $65,000.

Haitham Maarouf and Roula Chamsin, of Oviedo, sold 8 Noblewoods Way to John and Linda Goodrich, of Ormond Beach, for $436,000. Built in 1993, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,038 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $390,000.
Halifax Plantation
Ward and Theresa Mead, of Jacksonville, sold 4009 Calusa Lane to Mark Ferrara and Margaret Scheller-Ferrara, of Ormond Beach, for $380,000. Built in 1990, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,924 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $365,000.
Gregory and Gail Warner sold 3225 Tralee Drive to Vanessa Horsman and Jeannine Handley, of Monticello, Illinois, for $273,000. Built in 2014, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,743 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $209,900.
Linda Rogers, of Kissimmee, sold 1166 Athlone Way to Debra Cannella, of Ormond Beach, for $175,000. Built in 1999, the townhouse has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,627 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $116,000.
Ormond Lakes
Old Titan I LLC, of San Juan Capistrano, California, sold 8 Windwillow Lane to Vincenzo and Mariana Fasano, of Ormond Beach, for $344,000. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,400 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $264,000.
Plantation Bay
Joseph and Theresa Bilak, individually and as trustees, sold 1402 Regal Pointe Lane to Corey Nedeau and Maria Olinda Nedeau, of Palm Coast, for $255,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,146 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $282,500.
Prestwick at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 744 Aldenham Lane to David Hind and Marilyn Tipple, of Ormond Beach, for $239,070. Built in 2018, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,562 square feet.
Alexander Haff, of Ormond Beach, sold 1428 Sunningdale Lane to Robert Cedeno and Mary Inoa-Cedeno, of Ormond Beach, for $214,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,657 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $160,000.
The Trails
Ralph and Judith Mazzone, of Beverly Hills, sold 7 Ridge Trail to Joyce Morra, of Farmingdale, New York, for $220,000. Built in 1980, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,678 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $1117,000.
Wells Fargo Bank National Association, as trustee, sold 11 Rio Pinar Trail to Wilmington Savings Fund Society, as trustee, for $182,000. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,960 square feet.
Ormond-by-the-Sea
George and Rhealene Donechie, of Morganton, Georgia, sold 42 Seacrest Drive to Thomas and Dianne Chandler, of Jacksonville, for $255,000. Built in 1961, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 768 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $224,250.
