Laurel Creek Court to Antonio Portilla-Cintron and Coral Garcia, of Ormond Beach, for $447,000. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool and 2,488 square feet.

Ormond Beach

Carol Stanley, individually and as trustee, sold 792 N. Beach St. to Angela Di Chiara, of Fayetteville, Georgia, for $257,500. Built in 1974, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,867 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $230,000.

Stephen and Anita Pettola, of Ormond Beach, sold 119 Sawtooth Lane to Duane Davidson, of Ormond Beach, for $212,000. Built in 1984, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 1,944 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $134,000.

Frank and Estelle McCarron sold 2290 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 5020, to Darrell and Ashley Brizendine, of Fort Lauderdale, for $195,000. Built in 1984, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,121 square feet.

Joseph Spear, of Margarita, California, sold 3 Thomas St. to Emily and John Mackenzie, of Ormond Beach, for $165,000. Built in 1985, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,164 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $143,000.

Sharon Gilles, of Niagara Falls, Ontario, sold 272 McIntosh Road to Jocelyn Ludington, of Ormond Beach, for $160,000. Built in 1956, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,141 square feet. It sold in 1974 for $31,500.

Jameal and Andre Adkins, and Vincent and Della Adkins, of Daytona Beach, sold 88 Valencia Drive to Kat Ventures CZ LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $152,000. Built in 1965, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,327 square feet. It sold in 1972 for $32,500.

Deborah Nelson, of Montgomery, Illinois, sold 748 Orchard Ave. to Robert Irving and Elizabeth Postiglione, of Holiday, for $77,000. Built in 1956, the house has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a fireplace and 958 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $107,000.

Lewis Salter, of Ormond Beach, sold 23 Forest View Way to Stanley and Shelby Lash, of South Miami, for $350,000. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,457 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $275,000.

CP and SP Residential Land LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 337 Nottinghill St. to Louis Kemp and Victoria Bennett, of Ormond Beach, for $350,437. Built in 2018, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,815 square feet.

Hunter’s Ridge

Sridhara and Sujathamma Pullareddy, of Ormond Beach, sold 91 Abacus Ave. to Stephen and Connie Graber, of Ormond Beach, for $283,900. Built in 2013, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,682 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $245,200.

Ormond Lakes

Gregory and Jillian Smith, of Muskegon, Michigan, sold 66 Timucuan Drive to Sheena and Joseph Pangonis, of Ormond Beach, for $262,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,886 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $252,268.

John and Breda Nolan, of County Tipperary, Ireland, sold 7 Sunny Shore Drive to Greg and Ruth Davis, as trustees, for $205,000. Built in 1958, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 892 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $160,000.
