Christina Goddu, individually and as trustee, sold 430 Pine Bluff Trail to Steve and Tara Gades, of Wilmington, Delaware, for $727,000. Built in 1979, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, two half-baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,240 square feet. It sold 2011 for $181,100. Nomad Properties Inc., of Daytona Beach, sold 187 Oak Grove St. to Zachary Coombs and Makenzy Landay, of Ormond Beach, for $406,000. Built in 1959, the house is a 3/3 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,200 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $215,000.

Gary and Kimberly Rollins sold 69 Village Drive to Tina Turner, of Ormond Beach, for $398,000. Built in 1979, the house is a 3/3 and has a fireplace and 2,297 square feet.

Gregory Eriksen, of Ormond Beach, sold 9 Waterberry Circle to Earl and Heather Winterbottom, of Ormond Beach, for $335,000. Built in 1973, the house is a 2/2.5 and has a swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 1,972 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $206,000.

Diane Welch, of Port Orange, sold 81 Dianne Drive to William and La Verna Warren, of Ormond Beach, for $329,000. Built in 1975, the house is a 3/3 and has 3,568 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $140,000.

James and Courtney Ortwein, of Ormond Beach, sold 3166 Connemara Drive to Donald and Linda White, of Flagler Beach, for $295,000. Built in 2015, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,919 square feet.
