Top transaction has more than 5,000 square feet of living space

A house in Ormond-by-the-Sea was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of August 29 to Sept. 4 in the Multiple Listing Service. Alvaro and Mary Guillem, of Bartonville, Texas, sold 3546 John Anderson Drive to Sandra Lomeo, as trustee, for $1.43 million. Built in 2001, the house is a 6/4.5 and has two fireplaces, a boat dock, swimming pool and 5,019 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

John Anthony and Karen Britt, as trustees, sold 50 Jill Alison Circle to Peter and Sandra Applegarth, of Ormond Beach, for $450,000. Built in 1976, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace and 2,339 square feet.

Victor and Deborah Pechacek, of Orlando, sold 104 Dianne Drive to Charles Mitchell, of Ormond Beach, for $425,000. Built in 1975, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a swimming pool and 1,778 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $200,000.

Jeffery and Leila Blewett, of Gainesville, sold 59 W. Ocean Terrace to Nathan and Laura Fairfield, of Ormond Beach, for $420,000. Built in 1963, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,777 square feet.

Jean Krause, of Emmaus, Pennsylvania, sold 1 John Anderson Drive, Unit 5120, to Ronald and Dawn Florkowski for $400,000. Built in 1996, the condo is a 2/2.5 and has 2,230 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $250,000.

Debra Rogers, of Ormond Beach, sold 125 Dianne Drive to Darlene Harris, of Ormond Beach, for $360,000. Built in 1988, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,597 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $305,000.

Clyde and Rosemarie Stratton, of Ormond Beach, sold 1206 Northside Drive to Jessica and Andrew Yaros, of Ormond Beach, for $341,500. Built in 1981, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,662 square feet.

Sharon Barber sold 68 Carrolwood Circle to HPA III Acquisitions 1 LLC, of Chicago, for $295,000. Built in 1966, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,625 square feet.

Breakaway Trails

Angioletto LLC, of Colorado Springs, Colorado, sold 7 Lake Vista Way to William and Maria Sanchez, of Ormond Beach, for $610,000. Built in 1988, the house is a 4/3.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 4,123 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $410,000.

Halifax Plantation

Jacquelyn Hutton, individually and as trustee, sold 1451 Hohe Lane to Charlotte McCullough, of Ormond Beach, for $585,000. Built in 2000, the house is a 3/4 and has a swimming pool and 2,813 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $385,000.

Daniel and Phyllis Cabral, of Brevard, North Carolina, sold 3191 Connemara Drive to Zoya Rozin and Joseph Tsitlik, of Ormond Beach, for $368,000. Built in 2016, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,745 square feet.

Ocean Village

Roselyn Keen, of Ormond Beach, sold 11 Cardinal Drive, Unit B, to Joshua Weingarten and Iris Maranon, of Ormond Beach, for $224,500. Built in 1947, the villa is a 2/1 and has 520 square feet.

Walter and Stephanie Zehnder, of Safety Harbor, sold 757 Flamingo Drive, Unit A, to Travis and Nicole Taylor, of Raleigh, North Carolina, for $192,500. Built in 1947, the villa is a 2/1 and has 815 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $82,000.

Ormond Lakes

Tariann Budd and Michael Nicly, of Ormond Beach, sold 15 Old Port Circle to Adam Anderson and Jennifer Dietz, of Ormond Beach, for $330,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,569 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $181,000.

Plantation Bay

Maria Caputo, of Plant City, sold 1316 Sunningdale Lane to Arthur Babine III and Juliann Jelava, of Ormond Beach, for $429,900. Built in 2003, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,912 square feet.

Timothy Singleton, of Ormond Beach, sold 830 Aldenham Lane to Mary Bischof, of Ormond Beach, for $295,000. Built in 2018, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,510 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $237,500.

Dustin and Kimberly Smurdon, of Ormond Beach, sold 7 Fernwood Trail to Mark and Laurie DeSandre, of Ormond Beach, for $570,000. Built in 1980, the house is a 4/3.5 and has two fireplaces, a swimming pool and 3,269 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $271,000.

James and Catherine Peterman, of Ormond Beach, sold 1 Cobblestone Trail to Terry and Kathryn Pichon and Nicole Rider, of Ormond Beach, for $385,000. Built in 1977, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,862 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $280,800.

Tymber Creek

Kent Spradley and Lani Free, of Ormond Beach, sold 175 Suntree Court to Lewis Harvey and Teresa Hunter, of Ormond Beach, for $275,000. Built in 1979, the house is a 4/2 and has a fireplace and 1,744 square feet.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Leigh Kobelin, of Ormond Beach, sold 1295 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit PH20, to John Black, as trustee, for $854,000. Built in 1991, the condo is a 3/2 and has 1,980 square feet.

Michael and Linda Cox, of Edgewater, sold 10 Little Cay Circle to Dale and Nancy Seiller, of Cincinnati, Ohio, for $372,500. Built in 1986, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,314 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $229,000.

William Fletcher, of Ormond Beach, sold 46 Palm Drive to Emily Poole and Marco Varlesi, of Ormond Beach, for $285,000. Built in 1955, the house is a 2/2 and has 955 square feet.

Lawrence and Jill Shepherd, of Ormond Beach, sold 38 Seaview Drive to Candido and Maria Camps, of Miami, for $255,000. Built in 1961, the house is a 2/1 and has 784 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $85,000.

Linda Thomas, of Flagler Beach, sold 18 Palmetto Drive to Jerry Jones, of Ormond Beach, for $225,000. Built in 1954, the house is a 2/1 and has 940 square feet.
