Top transaction: House with river view for $520,000

A house with riparian rights to the Halifax River was the top real estate transaction for the week of April 21-27 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Jeffrey and Melissa Innes, of Waynesville, North Carolina, sold 55 Wimbledon Court to Scott and Jessica Goss, for $520,000. Built in 1977, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace and 3,281 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $480,000. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Teresa and Talat Hanna, of Ormond Beach, sold 468 Riverside Drive to Debra Vincelli, of Daytona Beach, for $490,000. Built in 1951, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock and 2,027 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $460,000.

Robin Alday, of Tuckasegee, North Carolina, sold 159 S. Tymber Creek Road to Meredith Otto, of Ormond Beach, for $370,000. Built in 2013, the house has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,190 square feet.

Donald Gehring, of Pitman, New Jersey, sold 210 Ellicott Drive to Jason Bergfield, of Ormond Beach, for $282,000. Built in 1963, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, a swimming pool and 1,580 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $142,000.

John Molt sold 159 S. Tymber Creek Road to James Mozo and Marianne Marzinko, of Ormond Beach, for $260,100. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,837 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $200,000.

Trudy Gredy, of Tampa, sold 89 Ormond Shores Drive to David and Joyce Thomas, of Ormond Beach, for $236,500. Built in 1927, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,475 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $120,000.

Mark and Pamela Mesmer, of Ormond Beach, sold 775 Candlewood Circle to Erika Scott and Peter Uniowski, of Ormond Beach, for $213,000. Built in 1973, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,620 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $209,900.

Werner and Angela Kruck, of Ormond Beach, sold 22 Old Macon Drive to Lula Clizer, of New Smyrna Beach, for $198,000. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,796 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $143,000.

Maria Kretschmayer, of Mount Sterling, Kentucky, sold 75 Live Oak Ave. to Barry Roush, of Ormond Beach, for $167,000. Built in 1970, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,325 square feet.

Ronald and Shirley Steinberg, of Daytona Beach, sold 156 Northshore Drive, Unit B, to Ande Deaton, of Ormond Beach, for $128,000. Built in 1947, the townhouse has one bedroom, one bath and 535 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $100,000.

Daniel and Michelle Cavanaugh, of Ormond Beach, sold 19 Arrowhead Circle to John Goodrich, of Ormond Beach, for $125,900. Built in 1976, the house has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,016 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $79,500.

Breakaway Trails

Melvin Stack, individually and as trustee, sold 12 Creek Bluff Way to Naichuan and Bihua Chen, of Ormond Beach, for $266,000. Built in 1996, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,897 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $144,408.

Halifax Plantation

Tyler Dean, individually and as trustee, sold 1395 Aleut Lane to Jeffrey and Kathryn Keener, of Ormond Beach, for $359,900. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,207 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $290,000.

Geneva Kessinger sold 3264 Grafton Drive to Anthony and Andrea Tizzano, of Ormond Beach, for $245,000. Built in 2017, the townhouse has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,695 square feet.

Anthony and Andrea Tizzano, of Ormond Beach, sold 1122 Glengad Run to Martin and Tanya Griffin, of Middletown, Connecticut, for $220,000. Built in 2000, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,423 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $155,000.

Hunter’s Ridge

Scott and Jessica Goss sold 26 Abacus Ave. to Jason Ho and Thoa Van, of Ormond Beach, for $320,000. Built in 2011, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,727 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $218,113.

Oak Forest

Kristina Hansen and Robin Lindsey, of Reddick, sold 1400 Overbrook Drive to Rupert and Rowena Petty, of Ormond Beach, for $272,000. Built in 1980, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,916 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $146,000.

Plantation Bay

Bert and Joanne Giannamore, of Coral Gables, sold 1281 Sunningdale Lane to Kevin and Stephanie Neil, of Bristol, Vermont, for $292,500. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms two baths and 2,114 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $234,500.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Cynthia Fuller sold 39 Juniper Drive to Goofyfoot Homes LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $315,000. Built in 1966, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,011 square feet.

John Kreuz, of Ormond Beach, sold 1351 John Anderson Drive to Craig and Tina Lee, of Ormond Beach, for $288,500. Built in 1957, the house has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,399 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $219,900.

Zirkelbach Group LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 3100 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 1040, to Ruben and Monica Fernandez, of Newberry, for $208,000. Built in 1991, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,000 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $75,900.

Margaret Garrison sold 1926 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 3110, to Terrie Aguilar, of Ormond Beach, for $195,000. Built in 1974, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,175 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $170,500.

Dennis and Patricia Henba, of Whiting, New Jersey, sold 2100 N. Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 109, to Charlotte Willis, as trustee, for $188,750. Built in 1973, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,087 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $126,000.
