Top transaction in Ormond Beach breaks the $3 million mark

An oceanfront house was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Oct. 18-24 in the Multiple Listing Service. Sabrina Annovazzi-Bertele, individually and as trustee, sold 489 Ocean Shore Blvd. to Eva and Thomas Finstein, of Ormond Beach, for $3.2 million. Built in 1994, the house is a 5/4/3 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, guest house and 5,795 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $1.6 million. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Irene Conroy and Aaron Watson, of Astor, sold 461 Airport Road to Leonard and Kathy Durrance, of Ormond Beach, for $400,000. Built in 1987, the house is a 3/2 and has two fireplaces, a swimming pool, barn and 2,109 square feet.

Vanacore Construction Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 13 Monte Savino Blvd. to Paul and Ellen Rockey, of Chicago, for $366,666. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,058 square feet.

Dustin and Cheryl Banks, of Flagler Beach, sold 42 Village Drive to Justine Bone and Christopher Nowviskie, of Ormond Beach, for $350,000. Built in 1984, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,851 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $174,000.

Gregory Bollinger and Constance Bland, of Winter Garden, sold 1 John Anderson Drive, Unit 6020, to Nancy Ruscitti, individually and as trustee, for $340,000. Built in 1996, the condo is a 2/2.5 and has 2,170 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $230,000.

Gail Elkin, of Chapin, South Carolina, sold 89 S. Atlantic Ave., Unit 302, to William Spadea and Kathleen Chiappini-Spadea, of Bridgewater, Massachusetts, for $275,000. Built in 1979, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,200 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $95,750.

Judith McNelly, of Ormond Beach, sold 35 Knollwood Estates Drive to James and Heather Miley, of Ormond Beach, for $265,000. Built in 1979, the house is a 4/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,858 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $210,000.

Joshua Howard, as representative, sold 1102 Northside Drive to Patricia Galloway, of Ormond Beach, for $240,000. Built in 1980, the house is a 2/2 and has a fireplace and 1,750 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $119,000.

KB Home Jacksonville LLC sold 100 Bella Vita Way to Octavious Harris, of Ormond Beach, for $199,990. Built in 2020, the townhouse is a 3/2.5 and has 1,636 square feet.

William Hopkins, of Ormond Beach, sold 314 Forest Hills Blvd. to Kathleen Rotterham, of Ormond Beach, for $195,000. Built in 1959, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,140 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $175,000.

Karen Sipari and Ashley Sipari, of Daytona Beach, sold 1299 Arroyo Parkway to Tamara Leger, of Ormond Beach, for $185,000. Built in 1981, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,301 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $87,000.

Roger and Vickie Mahood, of Ormond Beach, sold 101 S. Capri Drive to Gregory and Drupatie Gast, of Ormond Beach, for $176,000. Built in 1961, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,120 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $72,000.

Halifax Plantation

Kent and Isis Lyon, individually and as trustees, 3529 Kilgallen Court to Glenn Atwell, of Ormond Beach, for $750,000. Built in 2001, the house is a 4/4 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 4,450 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $685,000.

Ormond Lakes

Lawrence and Margaret Gorski sold 19 Sherrington Drive to Leroy and Jill Abston, of Ormond Beach, for $299,900. Built in 1998, the house is a 4/2 and has 2,447 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $190,000.

Plantation Bay

Matthew and Toni Bollinger, of Ormond Beach, sold 680 Aldenham Lane to Allen and Joann Balogh, of Ormond Beach, for $247,500. Built in 2008, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,666 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $225,000.

Spring Meadows

Kim Fleming, of Howell, Michigan, Katherine Scott, of Plymouth, Michigan, Mary Scott-Peltz, of Daytona Beach, and Karen Scott-Foley, of Daytona Beach, sold 66 Spring Meadows Drive to Joel Howie, of Ormond Beach, for $300,000. Built in 1996, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,964 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $175,000.

The Trails

John Wittenberg, Lorraine Bonnevier and Steven Wittenberg sold 7 Stonehaven Trail to Ormond Beach Fun LLC, of Apopka, for $197,500. Built in 1981, the townhouse is a 2/2 and has a fireplace and 1,678 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $84,950.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Mary Wilson and Terry Sellers sold 114 Imperial Heights Drive to Ronda and Christopher White, of Ormond Beach, for $365,000. Built in 1966, the house is a 4/2 and has 2,260 square feet.

Patti Craig and Jane Weber, of Daytona Beach, sold 1239 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit D-4, to Andre Jacques and Barbara Buytaert, as trustees, for $347,000. Built in 1984, the condo is a 3/2.5 and has 1,853 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $250,000.

Salli Setta and Linda O’Brien, individually and as trustees, sold 4 Sea Swallow Terrace to Jesse and Ursula Merrifield, of Ormond Beach, for $345,000. Built in 1990, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 2,120 square feet.

Cathy Moody, of Daytona Beach, sold 6 Dunes Circle to Marcia Oliver, of Ormond Beach, for $310,000. Built in 1963, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,675 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $219,500.
