Top transaction in Ormond Beach: Riverfront, beachside home

A house in Ormond-by-the-Sea was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Sept. 27 to Oct. 3 in the Multiple Listing Service. Michael and Nancy Suah, of Ormond Beach, sold 3100 John Anderson Drive to John and Hollis Hussey, of Ormond Beach, for $1,339,050. Built in 1972, the house is a 4/3 and has a fireplace, elevator, swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 4,696 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $930,000. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Edward and Maureen DeFeo, of Daytona Beach, sold 30 Sterling Circle to Peter and Elzbieta Frank, of Ormond Beach, for $900,000. Built in 1978, the house is a 4/4 and has a boat dock, boat house, swimming pool and 3,819 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $625,000.

D.R. Horton Inc., of Orlando, sold 298 Cypress Trail Drive to Kyle and Elena Casey, of Ormond Beach, for $388,000. Built in 2020, the house is a 4/2.5 and has 3,000 square feet.

Michael Benedict sold 93 Ivanhoe Drive to Jovon and Sobia Itwaru, of Ormond Beach, for $375,000. Built in 1958, the house is a 5/3.5 and has a fireplace and 3,065 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $333,000.

D.R. Horton Inc., of Orlando, sold 274 Cypress Trail Drive to Bryan Myers and Melissa Gonzalez, of Ormond Beach, for $326,990. Built in 2020, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,308 square feet.

Eric Morrisette, of Lake Mary, sold 915 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 601, to Keith and Rondai Jackson, of Newberry, for $266,500. Built in 1972, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,175 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $210,000.

Josiane Able and Ronald Sandrin-Litt, of Santa Fe, New Mexico, sold 40 Woodbourne Lane to Barton and Shannon Marnitz, of Cypress, Texas, for $259,000. Built in 1976, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,710 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $214,900.

T.J. and W.B. LLC, of Lake Mary, sold 89 S. Atlantic Ave., Unit 902, to Robert Lutz, of Ormond Beach, for $249,900. Built in 1979, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,200 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $81,000.

Thomas and Anita Frage, of Boca Raton, sold 40 Mayfield Terrace to Julius Calloway III, of Ormond Beach, for $226,000. Built in 1987, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,833 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $65,000.

Deborah Stemmie, of Ormond Beach, sold 12 Oak Ave. to Brenda Coon, of Ormond Beach, for $205,000. Built in 1984, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,440 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $174,900.

Tonja and Barritt Johnson, of Palm Coast, sold 328 W. Park Place to Marcus Washington, of Ormond Beach, for $199,900. Built in 1984, the townhouse is a 2/2.5 and has a fireplace and 1,307 square feet. It sold in 1992 for $68,000.

Kristine and Michael Ernst, of Ormond Beach, sold 14 Fair Oaks Circle to Allison Rosenthal, of Ormond Beach, for $124,000. Built in 1979, the townhouse is a 2/2.5 and has a fireplace and 1,270 square feet. It sold in 1981 for $53,000.

Karen Coleman, of Ormond Beach, Clifford Waddell, of Ormond Beach and Martha Taylor, of Fort Lauderdale, sold 1098 George Anderson St. to Morton Rosenblatt, of Wilmington, Delaware, for $108,000. Built in 1958, the house is a 2/1.5 and has 780 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $255,000.

John Merrick and Shaun Sherwood, of Ormond Beach, sold 1323 Ave. D to Shoreline Residential Partners Inc., of Daytona Beach, for $74,000. Built in 1984, the manufactured home is a 3/2 and has 1.056 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $90,000.

Frank and Josiani Stewart, of Orlando, sold 107 Deep Woods Way to Michael Manfredi, of Ormond Beach, for $400,000. Built in 2003, the house is a 5/3 and has a fireplace and 2,975 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $320,000.

Clark and Deborah Drumm, of Ormond Beach, sold 3429 Rexford Circle to Andrea Kohler, of Ormond Beach, for $425,000. Built in 2004, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,382 square feet.

Kings Crossing

Jean Lieb sold 21 Kingsbridge Crossing Drive to Oleksandr Podmasteriev and Valeriya Kudina, of Ormond Beach, for $315,000. Built in 2004, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,317 square feet.

Ormond Lakes

Virginia Juliano, of Ormond Beach, sold 20 Stoney Ridge Lane to Clayton Hantz and Roberta Rowe, of Ormond Beach, for $329,999. Built in 2002, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,050 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $152,900.

Plantation Bay

Robert and Julie Peterson, of Erie, Pennsylvania, sold 1204 Kilkenny Court to Michele and Joseph Lomando, of Ormond Beach, for $246,000. Built in 2015, the house is a 3/3 and has 2,081 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $234,100.

Tymber Creek

Linh Le, of Summerfield, sold 81 Hollow Branch Crossing to Ronald and Donna Owens, of Cutler Bay, for $250,000. Built in 1980, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,840 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $158,000.

Woodmere South

Mary Sicilian, of Ormond Beach, sold 840 E. Lindenwood Circle to Wendell Gentry, of Ormond Beach, for $295,000. Built in 1975, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,800 square feet.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Michael and Jennifer Schiavoni, of Flat Rock, North Carolina, sold 1085 Ocean Shore Blvd. to Linda Buckner, of Lyndora, Pennsylvania, for $900,000. Built in 1951, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,308 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $462,500.

Lorajoy Feulner, of Ormond Beach, sold 32 S. Sea Island Drive to Jeff and Tasha Olkowski, of Ormond Beach, for $370,000. Built in 1986, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,093 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $145,000.

Eula Ossofsky, of East Boothbay, Maine, 1275 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 405, to Robert Blanchard, of Ormond Beach, for $275,000. Built in 1981, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,013 square feet. It sold in 1981 for $96,000.
