A home on the Tomoka River topped the sales list for residential real estate transactions the week of Oct.13-19, in Ormond Beach. Douglas and Georganne Wenger, of Ormond Beach, sold 37 River Ridge Trail to Hobart Michael and Pamela Lynn Smith, of Huntington, W.Va. for $470,000. Built in 1978, the house has five bedrooms, four baths, a fireplace, a boat dock, a boat house and 5,520 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $335,000.
ORMOND BEACH
Charles E. Langeness, individually and as trustee of the Charles E. Langeness Revocable Trust, and Sandra Rex Langeness, individually and as trustee of the Sandra Rex Langeness Revocable Trust, of Luck, Wis., sold 855 Ocean Shore Blvd., No. 446, to Ormond Beach Retreat LLC, of Land O’Lakes, for $245,000. Built in 1971, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,020 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $425,000.
Melanie Van Demark, of DeLand, sold 979 Parkwood Drive to Karisa Tara Kist, of Ormond Beach, for $130,000. Built in 1967, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,551 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $145,900.
Mary W. Bryan, of Port Orange, sold 55 Vining Court, No. 207, to Santo Nocine, of Ormond Beach, for $72,000. Built in 1973, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 930 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $139,900.
Breakaway Trails
Breakaway Trails, of Daytona Beach, sold 14 Black Hickory Way to Adam Dunn, of Ormond Beach, for $288,945. Built in 2013 by the seller, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,588 square feet.
Hunter’s Ridge
Linda Cross and Lawrence J. Apathy, as trustee of the Laura J. Apathy UTA Joan C. Apathy Revocable Trust, of Jenks, Okla., sold 6 Turkey Creek Pass to Elena Dobbins, of Ormond Beach, for $163,900. Built in 1994, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,768 square feet. This was the first qualified sale.
Ormond Lakes
Patricia Zeig, of Montgomery, N.Y., sold 102 Lake Bluff Drive to Philip R. Carrier, as trustee of the Philip R. Carrier Revocable Trust Agreement, of Ormond Beach, for $222,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,910 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $243,327.
Plantation Bay
Despina J. Powell, of Port Orange, sold 1069 Hampstead Lane to Erick and Natalie Wicklund, of Ormond Beach, for $440,900. Built in 2001, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, a pool and 3,386 square feet. This was the first qualified sale.
Plantation Pines
Alan M. Parrillo, of Daytona Beach, sold 3774 Plantation Drive to William and Linda Alexander, of Daytona Beach, for $135,000. Built in 1995, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,165 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $121,300.
Spring Meadows
Nancy Gregory, of Ormond Beach, sold 3 Spring Meadows Drive. to Darryl G. and Marlene R. Marwitz, of Ormond Beach, for $212,000. Built in 1999, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,939 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $250,000.
Tymber Creek
William Meadows, of Ormond Beach, sold 345 Hickory Hill to Anna Boyd, of Ormond Beach, for $123,100. Built in 1984, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, a pool and 1,908 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $178,000.
Trails
Brian D. Colubiale, of Volusia County, sold 30 Choctaw Trail to William and Shannon Self, of Ormond Beach, for $86,667.14. Built in 1979, the house has five bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 3,261 square feet. This was the first sale.
ORMOND BY THE SEA
Danna Kent Wilson, of Ormond Beach, sold 23 Longfellow Circle to Alan J Dugan, of Wolcott, Conn., for $158,000. Built in 1970, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,110 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $182,000.
Constance Thompson, of Roswell, Ga., sold 1601 Ocean Shore Blvd. to Christopher L and Sandra J. Blum, of Butler, Pa., for $156,000. Built in 1970, the condo has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,095 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $115,000.
