Triton Beach home sells for $1.1 million

A Triton Beach home overlooking the ocean topped the sales list for Ormond Beach residential real estate transactions for the week of Aug. 2-9. Melvin and Rebecca Stone, of Ormond Beach, sold 359 Ocean Shore Blvd. to Timothy and Rhynda Gilliam, of Mabank, Texas, for $1.1 million. Built in 1901, the home has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,104 square feet of living area. A second structure on the property, built in 1957, has one bedroom, one bathroom and 312 square feet of living square feet. It sold in 1989 for $375,000.

Assessors Ormond Beach

John and Kay Wheeler, of Ormond Beach, sold 200 John Anderson Dr. to Kathryn Becks, of Ormond Beach, for $762,500. Built in 1963 by the Wheelers, the home has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and 3,223 square feet of living area.

Halifax Plantation

Michael and Marybeth Boyle, of Ormond Beach, sold 1209 Kirkpatrick Dr., in Halifax Plantation, to Scott and Anne Lunsford, of Ormond Beach, for $500,000. Built in 2004, the home has four bedrooms, four bathrooms and 2,527 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $558,837.

Scott and Anne Lunsford, of Ormond Beach, sold 3614 Mallow Dr. to Stephen and Joan Stapleton, of Ormond Beach, for $310,000. Built in 2001, the home has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and 2,500 square feet of living area. The home sold 2002 for $218,000.

Hunters Ridge

Randall Smith, of Ormond Beach, sold 4 Canterbury Woods to Dwayne and Elizabeth Varas, of Ormond Beach, for $168,500. Built in 1996, the home has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,952 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $105,000.

Moss Point

Keun Bae and Oh Kyung Yi, of Auburn, Ala., sold 5 Moss Point Dr. to Kyle and Caren Voepel, of Ormond Beach, for $327,714. Built in 1997, the home has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and 3,004 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $361,700.

Northbrook

Marshall and Sandra Pouncey, of Ormond Beach, sold 1106 Parkside Drive to Michael Martinovic, of Ormond Beach, for $155,000. Built in 1978, the home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,758 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $125,000.

Alexander and Louisa Baer, of Ormond Beach, sold 13 Brookside Circle to Kathy Dunlap, of Ormond Beach, for $115,000. Built in 1983, the home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,557 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $182,900.

Ocean Village

Mark Shiner, of Ormond Beach, sold 164 Cardinal Drive, Unit B, to John Willingham, of Fayetteville, Ga., for $95,000. Built in 1947, the home has two bedrooms, one bathroom and 675 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $82,500.

Ormond Lakes

Samuel Gonzalez, Maria Rodriguez and Maria Gomes, of Jacksonville, sold 3 Indianhead Drive to Leslie and Melinda Sheppard, of Ormond Beach, for $289,000. Built in 2000, the home has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and 2,988 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $333,000.

Plantation Bay

Jeffrey and Debby Hutchison, of Granger, Ind., sold 1296 Royal Pointe, to Gerard and Jacqueline Berghorn, of Center Harbor, N.H., for $290,000. Built in 2005, the home has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2,447 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $420,424.

Edward and Katherine Lacomb, of Ormond Beach, sold 1404 Sunningdale Lane to Keith and Tracy Zumar, of Ormond Beach, for $186,000. Built in 2003, the home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2,172 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $161,500.

Reflections Village

Susan Scamurra, of Williamsville, N.Y., representing the Sexton Trust, sold 23 Reflections Drive to Marshall and Sandra Pouncey, of Ormond Beach, for $115,000. Built in 1997, the home has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,590 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $242,000.

University Circle

Reid and Alice Smith, of Ormond Beach, sold 172 University Circle to Bradford and Loreza Tiffany, of Ormond Beach, for $195,000. Built by the owners in 1968, the home has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and 1,389 square feet of living area.

The Woods

Tina Solomon and Joan Field, of Maitland, sold 49 Bosarvey Circle, to David Foster, of Ormond Beach, for $211,000. Built in 1965, the home has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and 2,578 square feet of living area. It sold in 1977 for $80,000.

Ormond Ocean Gardens

USAA Federal Savings Bank, of San Antonio, Texas, released a $40,000 mortgage for 3 Margaret Road to David and Mia Biffar, of Ormond Beach. The home was sold for $122,500. Built in 1959, the home has two bedrooms, one bathroom and 784 square feet of living area. It sold in 2002 for $68,000.

Seabreeze Shores

Lida Harkins, of Needham, Mass., sold 37 Seabreeze Drive to Douglas and Kristine Glass, of New Smyrna, for $47,300. Built in 1957, the home has two bedrooms, one bathroom and 875 square feet of living. It sold in 1979 for $34,000.
