Two-bedroom, one-bath house tops the sales list

A house on the Halifax River was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of May 17-23 in the Multiple Listing Service. Terrence Murphy and Jumana Kaidbey, individually and as trustees, sold 1772 John Anderson Drive to Gretchen Estrada, of Ormond Beach, for $370,000. Built in 1957, the house is a 2/1 and has a boat dock and 1,124 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $280,000. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

James and Sally Wood, of DeLeon Springs, sold 197 Little Bit Lane to David and Patricia Cates, of Ormond Beach, for $365,000. Built in 2003, the house is a 3/2 and has a barn and 1,923 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $325,000.

Shivoham of Winter Park LLC, of Orlando, sold 53 Plaza Grande Ave. to William Powers, of Ormond Beach, for $279,999. Built in 1958, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,744 square feet. It sold in January for $145,000.

Norma Shotwell, of Carlsbad, California, sold 33 Twin River Drive to Adam and Erin Kunkel, of Ormond Beach, for $256,900. Built in 1971, the house is a 3/2.5 and has 1,976 square feet.

Ronald and Patricia Strange sold 24 Katrinas Drive to Mary Robertson, of Ormond Beach, for $243,000. Built in 2001, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,726 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $175,000.

Luna Brown, of Ormond Beach, sold 2 Woodgate Court to Pandora and Don Pruse, of Ormond Beach, for $225,000. Built in 1983, the house is a 2/2 and has a fireplace and 1,466 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $154,000.

Dallas and Tanya Seibert, of Southeast Palm Bay, sold 389 Apache Trail to Norina Burt, of Ormond Beach, for $219,000. Built in 1977, the house is a 5/2.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,196 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $175,000.

David and Patricia Cates, of Ormond Beach, sold 12 Arrowhead Circle to Laron Fletcher, of Ormond Beach, for $218,000. Built in 1986, the house is a 3/2.5 and has 1,384 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $155,000.

James Fleenor and Kim Clifford, of New Smyrna Beach, sold 120 Limewood Place, Unit D, to Lisa Giacona, of Ormond Beach, for $120,000. Built in 1986, the condo is a 2/2.5 and has 1,316 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $52,000.

Anthony Cianciulli and Carmelina Croce sold 55 Vining Court, Unit 226, to Royal Lions Gate LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $100,000. Built in 1973, the condo is a 2/1.5 and has 930 square feet. It sold in 1993 for $53,000.

Halifax Plantation

Barry and Lois Stockwell, individually and as trustees, 3109 Kailani Court to Janisse Jackman and Lee Weigle, of Reston, Virginia, for $250,000. Built in 2002, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,684 square feet. It sold in March for $235,000.

Don and Patricia Thigpen, of Ormond Beach, sold 1403 Carlow Circle to Ronald and Hazel Liberatore, of Palm Coast, for $226,000. Built in 2004, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,684 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $200,000.

The Trails

Kathy Wise sold 1 Eclipse Trail to Stephanie and Madeline Schwarz, of Ormond Beach, for $196,000. Built in 1980, the townhouse is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace and 1,628 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $115,000.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Daryl Harris, of Flagler Beach, sold 146 Via Madrid Drive to Leroy Bowes, of Ormond Beach, for $308,000. Built in 2020, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,122 square feet.

Robert and Donna Smith sold 16 Longfellow Circle to Glen and Jennifer Carpenter, of Ormond Beach, for $270,000. Built in 1969, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,166 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $205,000.

Brian Seeber, as representative, sold 43 Seabreeze Drive to Christine Greenough, of Ypsilanti, Michigan, for $195,000. Built in 1958, the house is a 2/2 and has a swimming pool and 792 square feet.

Robert McFadden, of Port Orange, sold 69 Margaret Road to Kim Minton, of Ormond Beach, for $188,000. Built in 1958, the house is a 2/1 and has 784 square feet. It sold in March for $138,000.

Stanleigh Peterson, of Portland, Oregon, sold 24 River Shore Drive to Thomas and Marifi Renna, and Roselee Yacuzzo, of Ormond Beach, for $160,500. Built in 1957, the house is a 2/1 and has 756 square feet.

Peter and Daria Vouchides, of Ormond Beach, sold 500 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 12, to Paige Frame, of Ormond Beach, for $125,000. Built in 1973, the condo is a 2/2.5 and has 1,252 square feet. It sold in 1987 for $45,000.
