An unknown white man on a motorcycle was reported to have shot at an Ormond Beach resident's vehicle at around 6:40 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 9, at the intersection of West Granada Boulevard and I-95, according to a police report.

The 38-year-old victim told Ormond Beach police officers that he was traveling eastbound on Granada when the suspect, described as a "heavyset" white man wearing a denim biker vest and a black "German style" helmet cut him off at a high speed. The victim flashed his lights at the suspect, who then pulled a black revolver from his saddle bag and pointed it at his car.

The police report states the victim saw the suspect fire the weapon, though there weren't any bullet holes in his car. The victim, who had a person in the passenger seat, told officers he believes the suspect missed. After this, the suspect made an "immediate" turn onto I-95.

The victim wishes to press charges if the suspect is identified. No injuries were reported.
