UPDATED: FOUND: Michael Marley


The sheriff's office said Michael Marley was found Tuesday night in Raleigh, N.C., where he had gone to visit a relative.


Updated: 10:22 p.m. - Michael Marley  was recovered Tuesday night, authorities said, in Raleigh, N.C., where he had apparently gone to visit a relative.

The sheriff's office said he has been taken for a mental health evaluation.

Posted: 9:49 a.m. - The Volusia County Sheriff's Officer is looking for an Ormond Beach man who disappeared Monday night.

Michael Marley, 33, drove away from his home between 9 p.m. and 10:15 p.m., a relative who lives with him told officers. He was reported missing at 11:05 p.m., when the relative realized he was gone.

The sheriff's office said Marley is 5 feet 10 inches tall and 175 pounds, with brownish-blond hair and blue eyes.

According to authorities, Marley hasn’t been taking his prescribed medication.

He drives a silver, 2000 Mercury SUV with Florida license tag 7031HX, and was last seen wearing blue jeans, a grey shirt and a leather jacket.
