Waterfront home sells for $301,000

An oceanfront home topped the sales list for residential real estate transactions the week of March 5-12, in Ormond Beach. John Ledbetter, of Ormond Beach, sold 3080 John Anderson Drive to Emin Cay, of Ormond Beach, for $301,000. Built in 1955, the house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a boat dock and 1,688 square feet of living area. It sold in 1999 for $157,500.

ORMOND BEACH

Craig and Melissa Wells, of Volusia County, sold 410 Idlewood Drive to Richard and Mary Steiner, of Ormond Beach, for $272,000. Built in 1960, the house has four beds, two baths, a fireplace and 1,994 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $139,000.

Michael Barbone, of Ormond Beach, sold 12 Acanthus Circle to THR Florida L.P, of Tampa, for $173,000. Built in 2005, the house has three beds, two baths and 2,084 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $180,000.

Robert and Martha Parent, of Holly Hill, sold 520 Harbour Lights Drive to Kyle Canody, and Calvin and Ruby Canody, of Ormond Beach, for $132,000. Built in 1990, the house has three beds, two baths and 1,786 square feet. The lot sold in 1990 for $20,000.

Harmony I LLC, of Ormond Beach, and Oslo Properties Inc., of Florida, sold 70 Fairview Ave. to Warren Wilkinson, of Ormond Beach, for $80,000. Built in 1948, the house has two beds, one bath and 882 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $47,500.

Zachary and Adele Albahae, of Coral Springs, sold 185 Cardinal Drive A to Rada and Laura Stanciulescu, for $56,000. Built in 1947, the house has one bed, one bath and 504 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $77,000.

Plantation Bay

SMP Property Holdings LLC, of Miami, sold 684 Aldenham Lane to Ronald and Mary Cordrey, of Ormond Beach, for $205,000. Built in 2008, the house has two beds, two baths and 1,872 square feet. It sold last year for $121,549.

Gary and Joanne Wasmer, of Weirton, W.Va., sold 1158 Kilkenny Lane to THR Florida L.P., of Tampa, for $168,000. Built in 2006, the house has three beds, two baths and 1,782 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $257,915.

Tomoka Oaks

Charles and Candice Dyer, of Ormond Beach, sold 316 Rio Pinar Drive to Richard Tredo, of Ormond Beach, for $185,100. Built in 1980, the house has three beds, two baths and 1,954 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $137,000.

ORMOND BY THE SEA

Gary and Krista Prae, of Jackson, Ga., sold 60 Sunny Shore Drive to Fleurette Kassels, on behalf of the Fleurette Kassels Revocable Trust, for $114,500. Built in 1958, the house has two beds, one bath and 954 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $89,000.

Seaside Homes Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 45 River Drive to Patrick and Patricia Esposito, of Portland, Conn., for $74,500. Built in 1952, the house has two beds, one bath and 843 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $50,000.

Seaside Homes Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 17 Palmetto Drive to Michael DeProto, of Ormond Beach, for $72,000. Built in 1954, the house has two beds, one bath and 700 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $42,500.

Pamula Fortin, on behalf of the Estate of Michael Nobile, sold 40 Brooks Drive to Bradley Scott Farmer, of Manhattan Beach, Calif., for $64,500. Built in 1951, the house has one bed, one bath and 528 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $47,000.
