A waterfront home topped the sales list for residential real estate transactions the week of Jan. 8-15, in Ormond Beach. Scott and Patricia Reid, of Volusia County, sold 60 Spanish Oaks Lane to David and Leslie Ramshaw, of Daytona Beach, for $700,000. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fireplace, an in-ground pool and spa, a dock, a boat house, two patios and 4,182 square feet of living area. It sold in 2000 for $155,000.

Joseph Grubner, with Kevin and Sharon Kane, on behalf of the Margaret Lubke Revocable Trust, of Volusia County, sold 60 N. Halifax No.116 to 60 North Halifax LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $150,000. Built in 1984, the house has three beds, three baths, a fireplace and 2,083 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $270,000.
Carlo and Diana De Rose, of Ormond Beach, sold 2100 Ocean Shore Blvd. No. 314 to Tracy Steffen, of Beaver Falls, Pa., for $142,000. Built in 1974, the condominium has two beds, two baths and 1,100 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $82,000.
John Farley, of Ormond Beach, sold 203 S. Orchard 7A to Kurt and Mary Ottman, of Ormond Beach, for $63,000. Built in 1985, the condo has two beds, two baths and 1,083 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $120,000.
Diane Shores
John and Esther Holton, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, sold 104 Diane Drive to Victor and Deborah Pechacek, of Orlando, for $200,000. Built in 1975, the house has three beds, three baths and 1,778 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $130,000.
Ocean Terrace
Debra Mann, of Edgewater, sold 277 Warwick Ave. to Bruce and Linda Menard, of Ormond Beach, for $130,000. Built in 1963, the house has three beds, three baths and 1,920 square feet. It sold in 1985 for $85,000.
Plantation Bay
Adrienne Terranova, of Ormond Beach, sold 1229 Sunningdale Lane to Scott and Betsy Wagner, of Ormond Beach, for $299,900. Built in 2002, the house has four beds, two baths, a fireplace, an in-ground pool and spa, and 2,389 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $244,299.
Riverview Park
Alma McCabe, with Richard and Charlotte Janita, of Shoreview, Minn., sold 156 N. Halifax Drive to Brian and Sarah Eschen, of Ormond Beach, for $114,000. Built in 1954, the house has two beds, two baths and 1,095 square feet. It sold in 1985 for $57,000.

Allison Plath-Moseley, of Ormond Beach, sold 41 Cherokee Trail to Mordechai and Chaya Hershkowitz, of Ormond Beach, for $149,000. Built in 1983, the house has three beds, three baths, a fireplace and 2,012 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $140,000.
ORMOND BY THE SEA
Harmon Properties Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 144 Via Madrid to Gary and Tommye Arnold, of Ormond Beach, for $208,000. Built in 2012, the house has three beds, two baths and 1,292 square feet. It sold in distress in 2011 for $33,500.
