Two realty firms claim occupancy; club plans renovations

A total of 115 permits were issued through Palm Coast between Thursday, June 7, and Wednesday, June 13.

Two commercial permits were issued, one to Auburn Homes, for $5,000 renovations to Smiles Night Club, at 9 Palm Harbor Village Way, and a second to the city of Palm Coast, for $2,500 interior renovations to its offices at City Marketplace.

Two occupancy permits were also issued, to ReMax Flagstaff Realty (located at 1 Hargrove Grade) and 100 Plus Realty Group (at 21 Old Kings Road).

Elkins Construction also issued a $6 million commercial certificate of occupancy, as well, for a two-story, 34-square-foot medical center in the Cobblestone Village.

No Commercial permits were issued.

The largest residential permit of the week was issued to Hausen Properties, for a $17,000 addition to 8 Raintree Circle. No permits were issued for single-family residences this week.
