Paula Felici, proprietor of Le Cose Belle, has been selected as the inaugural artist at the newest restaurant in the Hammock, 386 A Fusion of Fine Eating.
“I immediately said yes,” Felici said. “Even though my business is relatively new here, I have found out right away that all the businesses in the Hammock try to support each other, so if I can help a new family-owned restaurant, I’m happy to."
Felici currently has eight pieces hanging in the main dining room at 386, all for sale. The eatery will rotate local artist’s work in the new year.
Sally’s Ice Cream goes seasonal
Sally’s Ice Cream in Flagler Beach has announced their new seasonal hours of operation: 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
“We adjust to the time change each year,” said Karen Barchowski, co-owner.
The trio of all-female owners plan on adding hot chocolate, espresso, and cappuccino to their dinner-and-dessert menu soon.
Greek, Portuguese, Cuban coming to Food Truck Tuesdays
Palm Coast’s final Food Truck Tuesday of 2013 will be 5-8 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 17, at Central Park in Town Center. The event will benefit the Flagler Sheriff’s PAL.
December’s Food Truck Tuesday will feature seven food trucks offering gourmet appetizers, main dishes, sides and desserts. Food styles to be featured this month include Greek, Portuguese, fish and chips, Cuban, cupcakes and American dishes.
New Year's: High Energy Band hits Golden Lion
High Energy Band will hit the Golden Lion stage 7 p.m. to midnight New Year’s Eve, with upbeat dance and island music.

The Watering Hole to host New Year’s Eve Party
The Watering Hole will host a New Year’s Eve party with entertainment by Cheryle Correa. Cost is $29 per person and $55 per couple, which includes food and a champagne toast.
