PALM COAST BUSINESS ACTIVITY

According to the Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued tax receipts Dec 2-6  Home-based businesses: 2 Retired Guys LLC, a handyman service; Flagler Academic Support & Tutoring LLC, an instruction service; Putt’in Zone, a retail sales business; Jamie Ryman’s Painting, a painting service; Tata Stokes, an unclassified personal service; Peace of Mind Independent Living Assistance LLC, an unclassified personal service; and TNT Cleaning LLC, a janitorial servce.

The following is an update for permit activity in the city Nov. 21 to Dec 4. Total number of all permits issued: 225.

Commercial permits applications:
• Bella Quality Homes applied for a $29,000 permit for Interventional Pain Management at 21 Hospital Drive, Suite 120.
• Royal Plus applied for a $15,000 permit for interior renovations, including a new bar, at the Elks Club at 53 Old Kings Road.

Commercial permits issued
• Town and Country Homes was issued a $30,000 permit for interior renovations at the Town and Country Tanning Salon at 260 Cypress Point Parkway, Unit A-15
• Odyssey Manufacturing was issued a $2,000 permit for a tank/containment for a pool store at 4490 N. U.S. 1.
• Kevin Peck was issued a $20,000 permit for a seawall at Pump Station C at 33 Clubfield Drive.

Residential permits issued:
• Lancia Custom Homes was issued a $403,000 permit for a single-family residence at 5 Old Oak Drive S.
• Adams Homes of N.W. Florida was issued a $399,000 permit for a single-family residence at 48 N. Waterview Drive.
• Skyway Builders Inc. was issued a $284,000 permit for a single-family residence at 77 Lagare St.
• Bo Hawryluk was issued a $282,000 permit for a single-family residence at 112 Pin Oak Drive.
• Olsen Custom Homes was issued a $254,000 permit for a single-family residence at 45 Creekside Drive.
• Seagate Homes LLC was issued a $247,000 permit for a single-family residence at 103 Hidden Lakes Drive.
• Adams Homes of N.W. Florida was issued a $226,000 permit for a single-family residence at 13 Riddle Drive.
• Adams Homes of N.W. Florida was issued a $222,000 permit for a single-family residence at 15 Beckner Lane.
• Intervest Construction was issued a $36,000 permit for an addition at 18 Sweetwater Court.
• AJV Enterprises was issued a $17,000 permit for an alteration at 13 Federal Lane.
• 3D Contracting was issued a $15,000 permit for an addition at 4 Eric Drive.
• Intercoastal Construction was issued a $10,000 permit for an alteration at 30 Ponce Deleon Drive.
• Jose Lopez Construction was issued a $10,000 permit for an alteration at 3 Commanche Court.
• Aluminum Construction was issued an $8,000 permit for an addition 27 Pineash Lane.
• Palm Coast Residential Services was issued a $8,000 permit for an alteration at 48 Filbert Lane.
• Screen Machines was issued a $7,000 permit for an addition at 5 Buffalo Berry Place.
• Andrew Miklos was issued a $6,000 permit for an alteration at 34 Riviera Estates.
• McClenathan Construction was issued a $3,525 permit for an alteration at 197 Eric Drive.
• 9 East Construction was issued a $2,000 permit for an alteration at 13 Classic Court S.
• Hammock Home Improvement was issued a $2,000 permit for an alteration at 108 South Coopers Hawk Way.
• Andrew Miklos was issued a $1,000 permit for an alteration at 3 Pine Bush Lane.
• Precision Concrete was issued a $1,000 permit for an alteration at 61 Ryecliffe Drive.

Occupancy permits issued:
• East Coast Building Corporation claimed occupancy at 101 Palm Harbor Parkway, Unit 145, for interior renovations to the lobby area.
• Doerrfeld Chiropractic Injury and Wellness claimed occupancy at 50 Leanni Way, Unit D-1.

Commercial certificates of occupancy:
