John Bailey, of Palm Coast, sold the condo at 500 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 455, to Paul Sowell and Candy Alderman, of Palm Coast, for $593,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,003 square feet of living area.

JPMorgan Chase Bank National Association, of Deerfield Beach, sold the home at 1917 Laurel Ave. to Charles and Mona Dodgen, of Bunnell, for $46,900. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,200 square feet of living area.

Grand Reserve and Golf Club
Kimberly Anderau, of St. Augustine, sold the home at 108 Golf View Court to Jerome and Cheryl Jones, of Bunnell, for $160,000. Built in 2010, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,999 square feet of living area.
