A Palm Harbor home tops the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions the week of March 12-18. Edward and Carlene Forcier, of Carson City, Nev., sold the home at 6 Chickasaw Court to Jane Chaplin, of Chesterfield, Mo., for $375,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a boat dock and 2,056 square feet of living area.

BUNNELL
Bunnell Dev. Co-Area 1
Mark and Abra Seay, of Bunnell, sold the home at 710 Chapel St. N. to Karen and Charles Barney Jr., of Bunnell, for $95,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,184 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $180,000.

FLAGLER BEACH
Model Land
Roxanna Ely, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 1311 N. Central Ave. to Michael and Deborah Taylor, of Palm Coast, for $221,500. Built in 1986, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,252 square feet of living area.

Morningside
Jeff Huro and Jon Huro, personal representatives for the Estate of Judith Huro, sold the home at 2221 S. Flagler Ave. for $185,000. Built in 1991, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,338 square feet of living area.

Painters Walk
Bank of America sold the home at 2995 Painters Walk to Thomas and Ramona Paluh, of Palm Coast, for $277,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a spa and 2,974 square feet of living area. It sold in 2013 for $752,900.

The Village
John Mills, of Clearwater, sold the home at 11 Oak Lane to Mary Smith, of Cresent City, for $70,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,113 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $87,500.

Bella Harbor
Nationstar Mortgage LLC sold the condo at 100 Bella Harbor Court, Unit 101, to Robert Weiss, of Sudbury, Mass., for $87,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,804 square feet of living area.

Belle Terre
Hans and Rosemarie Killian, of St. Augustine, sold the home at 27 Pebble Wood Lane to Joan Lorincz, of Norwich, N.Y., for $178,000. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,934 square feet of living area.

POL Invertor Group LLC sold the home at 99 Persimmon Drive to Paul and Francena Duford, of Palm Coast, for $168,250. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,632 square feet of living area. It sold in 2013 for $110,500.

Cinnamon Beach
Michael and Kimberly Ray, of Jacksonville, sold the condo at 700 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 633, to B2 Capital LLC for $350,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,344 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $815,000.

Steven Nguyen and Thanh Tam Pham, of Port Orange, sold the home at 5 Egan Drive to Ranzi Dalloo, of West Bloomfield, Mich., for $235,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool, a summer kitchen and 2,432 square feet of living area. It sold in 2012 for $249,000.

Yuri and Janet Valson, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 87 Raemoor Drive to Charles and Jeanine Womack, of Palm Coast, for $235,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool, a spa and 2,517 square feet of living area.

Adams Homes of Northwest Florida Inc. sold the home at 13 Riddle Drive to Jake and Sarah Davis, of Palm Coast, for $168,000. Built in 2014, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,760 square feet of living area.

Daniel and Phyllis Cabral, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 38 Roxboro Drive to Leonildo and Eduina Da Silva, of New Bedford, Mass., for 146,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,776 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $136,000.

HSBC Bank sold the home at 17 Longfellow Drive to Fernando and Ana Teixeira, of Shelton, Conn., for $110,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,533 square feet of living area.

Reliant Financial Inc. sold the home at 28 Farragut Drive to Ruth Hall and Russell Hall III, of Palm Coast, for $75,000. Built in 1974, it has three bedrooms, one bath and 1,792 square feet of living area.

Brigitte and George Swan, of Kissimmee, sold the home at 34 Felter Lane to Kimberly Devine, of Palm Coast, for $112,500. Built in 1976, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,292 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $105,000.

Robert and Christine Clouden, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 45 Westmill Lane to Charles and Debra McCreery, of Dayville, Conn., for $115,000. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,429 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $67,000.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 4 Wilson Place to Richard Bedwell, of Palm Coast, for $123,900. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,666 square feet of living area.

Marilyn Alexander, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 33 Woodward Lane to James and Gayle Luck, of Palm Coast, for $160,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,395 square feet of living area.

Michele Koop, personal representative of the Estate of Perry Wendrovsky, sold the home at 11 Nantucket Lane to Charles and Susan Tieso, of Limerick, Maine, for $180,500. Built in 1987, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,209 square feet of living area. It sold in 1993 for $90,500.

Seminole Woods
Peter and Alexis Lyden, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 17 Unimay Court to Sean Ecker, of Palm Coast, for $193,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,389 square feet of living area.
