PALM COAST BUSINESS ACTIVITY
According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued tax receipts: Nov. 20 to Dec. 3.

• Homerun Realty is a real estate office at 21-B Utility Drive.
Home-based businesses: Let’s Have Fun Dog Care, pet care/sitter; Moody Floors, flooring installations; Tadevos Design, furniture restoration; Palm Coast IT Consulting, consultant; Coje Landscaping, landscaping service; ATM Distribution Services LLC, unclassified personal service; Augustine Financial Inc., administrative support service; Nautilus Logistics LLC, unclassified professional service.

PALM COAST PERMITS
The following is an update for permit activity in the city for Oct. 23-29. Total number of all permits issued: 185. Since 2009, $611 million in construction dollars have been invested in Palm Coast.

Commercial permit applications:
• Hawkins Construction applied for a $3,228,000 commercial permit for Publix at 1000 Palm Coast Parkway, NE.
• Savitara LLC applied for a $160,000 commercial permit for the Palm Coast Plaza at 234 Central Ave.
• DNR Constructors applied for a $42,000 commercial permit for alterations at Palm Coast Pizza at 1755 Palm Harbor Parkway, Unit 3.
• WR Construction applied for an $8,000 commercial permit for laundry room alterations at 4500 Palm Coast Parkway.

Commercial permits issued:
• CPG Construction was issued a $250,000 permit for a Unit 2 apartment over garage at 427 Landing Blvd, Unit 6.
• CPG Construction was issued a $250,000 permit for a Unit 2 apartment over 4 garage at 433 Landing Blvd, Unit 5.
• CPG Construction was issued a $250,000 permit for a Unit 2 apartment over 4 garage at 439 Landing Blvd, Unit 4.
• CPG Construction was issued a $250,000 permit for a Unit 2 apartment over 4 garage at 451 Landing Blvd, Unit 3.
• CPG Construction was issued a $250,000 permit for a Unit 2 apartment over 4 garage at 457 Landing Blvd, Unit 2.
• CPG Construction was issued a $250,000 permit for a Unit 2 apartment over 4 garage at 463 Landing Blvd, Unit 1.
• Moskos Construction was issued a $14,000 permit for alterations at Palm Coast Enterprise at 3 Market Place Court.
• Boyd Built was issued a $1,600 permit for alterations at Approved Mortgage at 1000 Palm Coast Parkway SW, Unit 108.

• Seagate Homes was issued a $404,000 permit for a single-family residence at 80 Birchwood Drive.
• Maronda Homes was issued a $359,000 permit for a single-family residence at 50 Brigadoon Lane.
• Holiday Builders Inc. was issued a $319,000 permit for a single-family residence at 18 Burning Bush Drive.
• Seagate Homes was issued a $306,000 permit for a single-family residence at 31 Erickson Place.
• Holiday Builders Inc. was issued a $298,000 permit for a single-family residence at 15 Buffalo Meadow Lane.
• Seagate Homes was issued a $254,000 permit for a single-family residence at 36 Slipper Orchid Trail E.
• Holiday Builders Inc. was issued a $241,000 permit for a single-family residence at 35 Buttermill Drive.
• Seagate Homes was issued a $237,000 permit for a single-family residence at 62 Bannbury Lane.
• Encompass Enclosures was issued a $32,000 permit for alterations at 20 Clarendon Court S.
• Screen Concepts was issued a $30,000 permit for an addition at 9 Ripcord Lane.
• Intervest Consulting was issued a $26,000 permit for an addition at 6 Sweetwater Court.
