Open house party showcases $1.828 million listing

The home at 3100 Painters Walk in Flagler Beach has five bedrooms, 6.5 baths, a pool, a dock, a summer kitchen, a wine cellar and 6,574 square feet of living area. But listing agent Ariel Oren, of Atlantic Ocean Realty, felt that these specifications and even the MLS pictures don’t do the $1.828 million home justice, so he and Suzanne Mathis took the listing a step further by hosting an open house party Thursday, Dec. 11.

The party was inspired by the Bravo show “Million Dollar Listing” and invited other agents as well as residents of the more affluent areas of Flagler County and the surrounding area.

“We just really wanted to show people the house as it really is, with people around it,” Oren said. “This house was really built with entertaining in mind and we wanted to bring an event to Flagler that you would usually only see in big cities.”
