The Prince of Peace Catholic Church will relocate its Like New Thrift Shop Feb. 9 from its long-time location in the Tomoka Plaza to a new building on the parish campus, at 1225 Hand Ave..

Parishoners and the public are invited to attend an opening celebration of the new store Sunday, Feb. 9. It will be open to the public the next day.

A blessing and ribbon-cutting ceremony will be 10 a.m. Monday, Feb. 17.

Like New Thrift Shop's store hours are from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday, and from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday.

Donations are currently being accepted at the new store. People with large items are asked to call 672-2836 for pick-up.

All profits from the thrift store benefit the parish’s social services outreach ministry to the community.
