Hammock Dunes home sells for $1,050,000

A Hammock Dunes home tops the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions the week of Feb. 5-11. Michael and Deborah Machin, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 17 Via Marino to Garth and Jennifer McDonald, of Phoenix, Md., for $1,050,000. Built in 1995, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool, a spa and 4,140 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $782,500.

BEVERLY BEACH
Osprey Point
Garrett Eriksen, representative of the estate Kenneth E. Eriksen, Gloria Eriksen and Evan Eriksen sold the home at 98 Hawks Lane to Harlan Plumley and Michelle Miller, of Waben, Mass., for $510,000. Built in 1995, it has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a boat dock, house and lift, and 2,896 square feet of living area.
 

BUNNELL
Steven Thomas and Bruce Garrison, as trustees of the 600 N. Chapel St. Trust, sold the home at 600 N. Chapel St. to Kim Bennet, for $71,000. Built in 1986, it has one bedroom, one bath and 832 square feet of living area. It sold in 2013 for $28,500.

Artesia
Fannie Mae sold the home at 10 Sanchez Ave. to Jocelyn and Lynn Dube, of Palm Coast, for $237,203. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,126 square feet of living area.
 

Grand Haven
Beatrice Walter and Mary Jane Walter, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 19 Pelican Court to Christopher and Marguerite Dawson, of Palm Coast, for $200,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,804 square feet of living area.

Gordon and Jean Maskell, of Simcoe, Ontario, Canada, sold the home at 36 Southlake Drive to Gary Willain McGregor Thompson and Jessica May Thompson, of St. Marys, Ontario, Canada, for $276,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a spa and 1,810 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $250,000.

CitiMortgage Inc. sold the home at 41 St. Andrews Court to Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. for $220,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a pool and 2,132 square feet of living area. It sold in 2013 for $201,100.

Jennifer and Dominic Solicito, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 109 Bird of Paradise Drive to Steven and Hope Branham, of Ocala, for $209,000. Built in 2011, it has five bedrooms, 4.5 baths and 3,593 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 36 Boxwood Lane to Bill and Gailann Lord, of Palm Coast, for $153,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a spa and 1,539 square feet of living area.
 

Lakeside at Matanzas Shores
JPMorgan Chase Bank sold the home at 3 San Diego Lane to Franklin and Deloris Flowers, of Gainesville, for $167,000. Built in 1994, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,234 square feet of living area.
 

Lehigh Woods
Nationstar Mortgage LLC sold the home at 62 Radcliffe Drive to Paredes Enterprises LLC for $133,875. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,345 square feet of living area. It sold in 2013 for $110,100.

Kristy Montero, of Kerville, Texas, sold the home at 13 Radius Place to Desiderio and Nancy Carreiro, of Palm Coast, for $143,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,862 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $125,000.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 54 Randolph Drive to Julianne and Gary Zuger, of Palm Coast, for $141,570. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,916 square feet of living area.

Lawrence and Aleta Kauppila, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 24 Regency Drive to Gary and Denise Yezbick, of Palm Coast, for $203,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,081 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $190,000.

HSBC Bank sold the home at 6259 N. Oceanshore Blvd. to Steven and Jean Fitzgerald, of Palm Coast, for $95,394. Built in 1993, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,430 square feet of living area.

Matanzas Woods
Charles and Shannon Kenton, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 2 Lindberg Lane to Nursyarifa and Kenneth Rimestad Jr., of Palm Coast, for $209,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a pool and 2,344 square feet of living area.
 

Palm Harbor
Clarence Younger Jr., successor trustee of the Trefcer Family Trust, sold the home at 14 Clarendon Court N. to Kenneth McGoey, of Carmel, N.Y., for $360,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool, a spa and 2,379 square feet of living area.

Erik and Brenda Melton, as trustees of the Melton Family Trust, sold the home at 9 Clearview Court N. to Joel and Doris Houslander, of Antioch, Ill., for $305,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool, a spa, a boat dock and 2,454 square feet of living area.

Doris Johnson, of Ponte Vedra Beach, sold the home at 15 Clinton Court S. to Amber Shampine and Jason Lacey, of Palm Coast, for $255,000. Built in 1978, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock and 1,902 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $210,000.

Rebecca and Gerald Quatela Jr., of Blufton, S.C., sold the home at 19 Colorado Drive to James and Marianne Vanderbilt, of Port Washington, N.Y., for $335,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,892 square feet of living area. It sold in 2012 for $240,000.

Oleao Barnett and Barry Barnett, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 7 Courtney Place to Charles Ehrnfelt and Nancy Paul, of Ansonia, Conn., for $100,000. Built in 1976, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,318 square feet of living area.

Vera and Richard Gaddis Sr., of Danville, Va., sold the home at 30 Fairview Lane to Carl and Gloria Weiland, of Palm Coast, for $52,500. Built in 1974, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,446 square feet of living area. It sold in 2000 for $64,500.

Nicholas and Susan Rotella, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 11 Floyd Court to Charles and Shannon Kenton, of Palm Coast, for $265,000. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a spa, a boat dock and 1,996 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 2 Pine Cottage Lane to Carlos and Christine Pimentel, of Port Jefferson Station, N.Y., for $106,500. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,399 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 4 Pine Crest Lane to Robert Ayres Jr., of Palm Coast, for $124,740. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,357 square feet of living area.
 

Pine Lakes
Cheryl Pierce, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 6 Waystone Place to Louri Metelkine, of Staten Island, N.Y., for $175,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,510 square feet of living area. It sold in 2013 for $129,900.

Virginia and Frank Russo, of Lake Ronkonkoma, N.Y., sold the home at 33 Wood Center Lane to Jose Rodriguez, of Palm Coast, for $146,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,098 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $283,000.
