A Hammock Dunes home tops the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions the week of Feb. 19-25. Ann and David Brussard, of Boston, sold the home at 24 Ocean Ridge Blvd. N. to William and Cynthia Gaskins, of Naples, for $1.2 million. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, an elevator and 5,154 square feet of living area.

PALM COAST
Cypress Knoll
Secretary of Veterans Affairs sold the home at 33 E. Diamond Drive to Flagler Select Properties LLC for $105,000. Built in 1990, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,614 square feet of living area.
 

Hammock Dunes
Brian and Cynthia Daly, of Farmington, Conn., sold the home at 12 Madeira Court to Allan and Leila Annis, of Suwanee, Ga., for $276,000. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,133 square feet of living area. It sold in 2012 for $208,000.

Larry Lelah and Jennifer Lelah, of Whitehouse, N.J., sold the home at 19 San Marco Court to Jennifer Lelah, of Whitehouse, N.J., for $600,000. Built in 1996, it has five bedrooms, five baths, a pool, a spa, a summer kitchen and 5,183 square feet of living area.

Raymond and Myra Bauch, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 2 San Marco Court to Barrett Townsend and Dorinda Townsend, trustees of the Townsend Family Trust, for $720,000. Built in 1991, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool, a spa, a summer kitchen and 3,621 square feet of living area.
 

Indian Trails
Fannie Mae sold the home at 18 Barley Lane to Jocelyn and Lynn Dube, of Palm Coast, for $144,900. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1, 906 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 32 Bennett Lane to Robert and Denise Gehrke, of Holcombe, Wis., for $92,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,228 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $169,900.
 

Lakeside at Matanzas Shores
John and Nicolette Lanzi, of Brecksville, Ohio, sold the home at 39 San Jose Drive to Annette Jones and Dexter Louise, of Jacksonville, for $210,000. Built in 1992, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,246 square feet of living area.
 

Lehigh Woods
Robert Hearne, trustee of the Hearner INC 401K PSP, sold the home at 16 Regis Lane to Jemill Lamonte Bland, of Palm Coast, for $144,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,071 square feet of living area. It sold in 2013 for $86,800.

Jon and Judith Isakson, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 14 Rolland Lane to Jose and Lina Cosme, of Bedford, Mass., for $149,500. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,100 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 60 Ryland Drive to Dalia and Bianca Maiato, of Palm Coast, for $126,500. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,535 square feet of living area.
 

Palm Harbor
David and Denise Rosenthal, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 45 Cold Spring Court to Mack and Linda Massey, of Flagler County, for $420,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a spa, a boat dock and house and 2,388 square feet of living area.

Emilio and Clarisse Redondo, of Boca Raton, sold the home at 115 Cottonwood Court to Mark and Paula Lewis, trustees of the Lewis Family Trust, for $440,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a boat dock and 2,704 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $600,000.

Wendy and Walter Rette, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 1 Fernon Lane to Trudy Carpenter, of Palm Coast, for $175,500. Built in 1997, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,999 square feet of living area.

Jon Christopher Pagan, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 11 Florence Court to Randy and Cherri Lewis, of Statesboro, Ga., for $305,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a spa, a boat dock and 1,851 square feet of living area. It sold in 2013 for $163,100.
 

Pine Grove
Richard Hewitt and Carol Trechler-Hewett, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 19 Piermount Lane to Charles and Carolyn Hoffmann, of Palm Coast, for $125,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,630 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $99,000.

Pine Lakes
Edward and Joan Guy, trustees of the Guy Family Trust, sold the home at 6 Wainmont Place to the Guy Family Trust for $235,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,858 square feet of living area.

Jannet Ivans, of Kennewick, Wash., sold the home at 99 Woodside Drive to Doris Acosta, of Philadelphia, for $120,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,377 square feet of living area. It sold in 2008 for $126,000.
 

Seminole Woods
Elfriede Mann, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 7 Undershire Path to Edward Roberts, of Palm Coast, for $144,500. Built in 2009, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,469 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $135,000.
 

Tidelands
Timothy and Jeanette Joerger sold the condo at 35 Riverview Bend S., Unit 1821, for $135,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and $1,115 square feet of living area. It sold in 2012 for $83,300.
 

Woodlands
Steven Thomas and Bruce Garrison, as trustees of the 3 Blyth Court Trust, sold the home at 3 Blyth Court to Steven and Mary McCluskey, of Kingston, N.H., for $123,000. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,741 square feet of living area. It sold in 2013 for $68,100.
