A Hammock Dunes home tops the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions the week of April 9-15. Elaine Acito, of Southbury, Connecticut, sold the home at 4 Cordoba Court to Peter and Susan Dessing, of West Kirkland, Washington, for $592,500. Built in 1994, it has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a pool and 3,442 square feet of living area.

Fuquay
Virginia Reed, of Flagler Beach sold the home at 1919 S. Flagler Ave. to Donald and Elizabeth Swaggerty, of Altamonte Springs, for $165,000. Built in 1990, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,134 square feet of living area.

PALM COAST
Maurice and Valerie Millard, of Holly Hill, sold the home at 12 20th Road to Tina and Earl Hayes Jr., of Holmen, Wisconsin, for $172,500. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,120 square feet of living area. It sold in 2012, for $85,000.

Cypress Knoll
Dolores Foy, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 16 Eisenhower Place to Robert Peck and Mary Yager, of Palm Coast, for $128,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,475 square feet of living area.
