Show # 5175

Juliana Montins didn’t know what she was getting into when she sat in the audience of “Let’s Make a Deal.”

Juliana Montins was in L.A. in a casting line when she was given tickets to be in the audience of the daytime game show “Let’s Make a Deal.” But instead of just watching other people win prizes, Montins got picked by host Wayne Brady to compete herself.

“At first I didn’t believe I got picked,” Montins said. “There were a lot of people, about 200. I got a little nervous because you don’t know what he’s going to say but I was excited because one of the ladies on the show won a car.”

Though she didn’t win a car, Montins did take home $1,500 which she plans to use to visit her family in Brazil and buy tickets for the World Cup.

Wayne Brady, the unpredictable host of the show, left an impression on Montins.

“He was really nice,” Montins said. “He talked to us and he’s hilarious. Makes a joke out of anything you say. He’s really quick. I had a lot of fun.”
