A Hammock Dunes home tops the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions the week of April 16-22. Barbara Johnson, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 6 Island Estates Parkway to David and Margaret Colon, of Germantown, Maryland, for $1.115 million. Built in 1995, it has four bedrooms, six baths, a pool, a spa, a boat dock and house and 5,045 square feet of living area.
 

FLAGLER BEACH
George Moody
Maryann Allen, of Northford, Connecticut, sold the home at 312 N. Seventh St. to Carlos Urday and Maria Garcia, of Flagler Beach, for $224,000. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,432 square feet of living area.
 

PALM COAST
Armand Beach
Tim and Nancy Sain, of Gainesville, sold the home at 15 Mahoe Drive N. to Matthew Dunn, of Palm Coast, for $211,500. Built in 2010, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,344 square feet of living area.
 

Belle Terre
Sylvia and Francis Fahey, of Spencer, Massachusetts, sold the home at 2 Palm Lane to Julia Malkes, of Palm Coast, for $190,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a spa and 1,874 square feet of living area.
 

Grand Haven
Lantern Waste LLC sold the home at 19 St. Andrews Court to Ralph and Rosemary Chianelli, of Stamford, Connecticut, for $220,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,984 square feet of living area. It sold in 2013 for $172,000.
James and Barbara Knight, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 19 Waterview Drive S. to Alexander and Jeaneen Bell, of Westfield, N.J., for $619,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool, a spa, a summer kitchen and 3,754 square feet of living area.
Geraldine Keller, of Fort Myers, sold the home at 20 Waterview Drive N. to Mark and Carla King, of Virginia Beach, for $875,000. Built in 2009, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool, a spa, a boat dock, a summer kitchen and 3,445 square feet of living area.
 

Hammock Dunes
Guy Villa III and Lynn Villa, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 7 San Marco Court to Blakemar, LLC for $550,000. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,944 square feet of living area. It sold in 1994 for $295,000.
 

Hammock Dunes La Grande
Thomas and Kimberly Kropp, of DeLand, sold the condo at 15 Avenue De La Mer, Unit 2206, to Jason and Jill Hechtman, of Tampa, for $590,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,745 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $817,000.
 

Indian Trails
FL House LLC sold the home at 159 Bridgehaven Drive to Patricia Colosimon and Mark Photiou, of Alexandria, Virginia, for $145,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,468 square feet of living area. It sold in 2013 for $75,300.


Lehigh Woods
Robert Flynn and Jayme Dickey Flynn, of Pittsburgh, sold the home at 148 Raintree Circle to Eric and Donna Sorensen, of Woodbridge, Virginia, for $164,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,647 square feet of living area.
Edward Knob, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 54 Raintree Circle to Bernd Hochsteadt and Leah Smith-Hochsteadt, of Seaside Heights, New Jersey, for $172,000. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,058 square feet of living area.
Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. sold the home at 4 Ricardo Place to Lucinda Reis, of Rahway, New Jersery, for $119,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,590 square feet of living area.
Bank of New York sold the home at 22 Round Thorn Drive to Kimberly Jones, of South Daytona, for $126,744. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,107 square feet of living area. It sold earlier this year for $80,100.

Palm Harbor
Mustafa Kemal Ozdes and Semra Ozdes, of, Istanbul, sold the home at 10 Fleming Court to Debra Bucca, of Morris Plains, New Jersey, for $275,000. Built in 1987, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool, a boat dock and 2,310 square feet of living area. It sold in 1997 for $ 168,000.
Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. sold the home at 93 Florida Park Drive to Bruce Secur, of Selkirk, New York, for $118,500. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a spa and 1,491 square feet of living area.
Steven Thomas and Bruce Garrison, trustees of the 33 Foster Lane Trust, sold the home at 33 Foster Lane to Jose and Teresa Lopes, of Naugatuck, Connecticut, for $176,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,842 square feet of living area. It old in 2013 for $106,300.
 

Pine Grove
Fannie Mae sold the home at 36 Pine Hurst Lane to Robert Mercado, of Brooklyn, New York, for $88,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,076 square feet of living area.
Robert Gray, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 15 Porter Lane to Roger Cervenka, of Palm Coast, for $103,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,223 square feet of living area. It sold in 2012 for $70,000.
 

Pine Lakes
John and Lucinda Flaherty, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 4 Wayside Place to Barbara Powell, of Nutley, New Jersey, for $262,500. Built in 2008, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,440 square feet of living area.
Primitiva Wagan, of St. Louis, sold the home at 112 Westbury Lane to James and Evelyn Strawser, of Swanton, Maryland, for $125,000. Built in 1987, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,997 square feet of living area.
Eleanor Grogan and Peter Wilkeyson, successors of the Wilkeyson Family Trust, sold the home at 111 Westchester Lane to John and Kathleen Ashlin, of Sautee Nacoochee, Georgia, for $135,000. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,578 square feet of living area.
Fannie Mae sold the home at 12 Westminster Drive to Ascent Enterprises LLC for $126,000. Built in 1988, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,020 square feet of living area.
Mary Clark, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 42 Westmount Lane to Laudelino Antonio Pacheco Vieira and Graca Maria Vieira, of Palm Coast, for $168,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,926 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $132,000.
Donald and Jessie Bramer, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 8 Wild Rose Place to Beatri and Sergio Abreu and Manuel Resende, of Palm Coast, for $160,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,563 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $220,000.
HSBC Bank sold the home at 5 Wood Acre Lane to Adam Gardner, of Palm Coast, for $65,000. Built in 1995, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 920 square feet of living area.
Shellie Keever, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 39 Mount Vernon Lane to Marc and Barbara Adelberg, of Palm Coast, for $179,900. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,953 square feet of living area.
 

Seminole Woods
Fannie Mae sold the home at 13 Sedan Place to David and Holly Herne, of Palm Coast, for $125,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,616 square feet of living area.
 

Quail Hollow
Seagate Homes LLC sold the home at 20 Kaywood Place to Andrey and Tatyana Makarov, of Daytona Beach, for $159,000. Built in 2013, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,832 square feet of living area.
Frederick Richard McPhail Jr. and Jill McPhail, of Wilmington, North Carolina, sold the home at 1 Lloleeta Path to Christine Sentz, of Palm Coast, for $165,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,880 square feet of living area. It sold in 2013 for $119,500.
