PALM COAST BUSINESS ACTIVITY
According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued tax receipts: Oct. 31-Nov. 6.

• Driver’s Pro Shop is a retail sales store at 11 Old Kings Road N.
• Fifth Third Bank ATM is an ATM at Racetrac at 301 Palm Coast Parkway NE.
• Tranquility Salon Inside Couture’s Inc. is a salon at 5 Utility Drive.
Home-based businesses: Encore Graphics & Fine Art, unclassified personal service; K&R Lawncare Services, landscaping and handyman service; Amaral Property Management LLC, real estate property management; The Glass Guy, auto glass work; America’s Procurement Corp, A/C contractor; Southern Pro Pest Control LLC, pest control service.

PALM COAST PERMITS
The following is an update for permit activity in the city for Oct. 30-Nov. 5. Total number of all permits issued: 185. Since 2009, $593 million in construction dollars have been invested in Palm Coast.

Commercial permit applications:
• CPG Construction applied for a $225,000 commercial permit for a unit 2 apartment at 451 Landing Blvd Unit 6.
• CPG Construction applied for a $225,000 commercial permit for a unit 2 apartment at 451 Landing Blvd Unit 5.
• CPG Construction applied for a $225,000 commercial permit for a unit 2 apartment at 451 Landing Blvd Unit 4.
• CPG Construction applied for a $225,000 commercial permit for a unit 2 apartment at 451 Landing Blvd Unit 3.
• CPG Construction applied for a $225,000 commercial permit for a unit 2 apartment at 451 Landing Blvd Unit 2.

Commercial permits issued:
• Hawkins Construction was issued a $48,000 permit for demolition at the Palm Harbor Shopping Center at 250 Palm Coast Parkway.
• Benton Integrity Roofing Systems was issued a $17,990 permit for reroofing at 121 Pine Lakes Parkway/Clubhouse.
• WH Bass was issued a permit for a site development (Chick-fil-a) at 1000 Palm Coast Parkway.
• Hawkins Construction was issued a permit for site development (Island Walk) at 250 Palm Coast Parkway.

Residential permits issued:
• Seagate Homes was issued a $228,000 permit for a single-family residence at 35 Foxhall Lane.
• Gilbert Carriero was issued a $200,000 permit for a single-family residence at 13 Walla Place.
• Ted and Bob Alum were issued a $12,000 permit for alterations at 48 Laramie Drive.
• Screen Concepts was issued an $11,000 permit for alterations at 111 Spoonbill Drive.• Ted and Bob Alum were issued a $10,000 permit for alterations at 7 Buffalo View Lane.
• Encompass Enclosures was issued a $9,000 permit for an addition at 41 Buttonworth Drive.
• Ralph Hand was issued a $3,500 permit for alterations at 3 Clarendon Court S.
• Aluminum Creations was issued a $3,000 permit for an addition at 20 Richland Lane.

• Encompass Enclosures was issued a $2,000 permit for alterations at 4 Riverside Lane.

Occupancy permits:
• Jennifer Bissonnette was issued an occupancy permit for Tranquility Salon Inside Couture’s Closet at 5 Utility Drive, Unit 11.
• Pat Bruce was issued an occupancy permit for Hands to your Health Massage Therapy at 393 Palm Coast Parkway SW, Unit 3.
• PC Lane was issued an occupancy permit for Driver’s Pro Shop/business at 11 Old Kings Road.

Certificate of occupancy
• J&H Consolidated Inc. was issued a $525,000 certificate of occupancy order for Ultra Salon at5224 State Highway 100 E.
• Seagate Communities, Inc. issued a development order for subdivision modification at Park Place.

Application submittal
• Palm Breeze Partners, LDT submitted an application for a site plan modification at the Landing Apartments.
• Florida Landmark Communities, LLC submitted an application for a subdivision modification at Landing Boulevard.
