PALM COAST BUSINESS ACTIVITY
According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued tax receipts: Oct. 20-24.

• Bestway Mortgage is a mortgage office at 4863 Palm Coast Parkway.
• Palm Coast Window Tint LLC is a window tinting service at 13 Old Kings Road N.
Home-based businesses: Custom Innovations by Kennedy Raymond, handyman service; Billy Neil & Mike Hansen Realty LLC, real estate broker; Ronnie Daniels Lawns, landscaping service; All American Construction Services USA Inc., administrative support service; Signature One Realty, real estate broker.

PALM COAST PERMITS
The following is an update for permit activity in the city for Oct. 16-22. Total number of all permits issued: 130. Since 2009, $590 million in construction dollars have been invested in Palm Coast.

Commercial permit applications:
• Taj Construction applied for a $120,000 commercial permit for interior renovations at Dunkin Donuts at 9 Old Kings Road N, Suite 7.
• Mark Abbotts Custom Renovations applied for a $35,000 commercial permit for interior renovations at Nora’s Golden Scissors at 210 Palm Coast Parkway NE.
• Caprock LLC applied for a $26,865 commercial permit for interior renovations at Palm Coast Hearing Center at 160 Cypress Point Parkway, Unit A113.

Commercial permits issued:
• WH Bass was issued a $7,000 permit for the demolition of former Perkins building at 1000 Palm Coast Parkway.

Residential permits issued:
• Seagate Homes was issued a $332,000 permit for a single-family residence at 2 Laura Court.
• Adams Homes was issued a $272,000 permit for a single-family residence at 72 Kathleen Trail.
• Seagate Homes was issued a $271,000 permit for a single-family residence at 17 Biscay Lane.
• Seagate Homes was issued a $258,000 permit for a single-family residence at 15 Ryding Lane.
• KB Homes was issued a $256,000 permit for a single-family residence at 126 Spoonbill Drive.
• KB was issued a $253,000 permit for a single-family residence at 107 South Starling Drive.
• Seagate Homes was issued a $217,000 permit for a single-family residence at 46 Louisiana Drive.
• Skyway Builders was issued a $28,300 permit for a single-family residence at 46 Woodborn Lane.
• East Coast Alum was issued a $23,000 permit for an addition at 35 Prince Michael Lane.
• Robert D. Douglas was issued a $13,000 permit for an alteration at 23 Zorro Court.
• Ecompass Alum was issued an $8,800 permit for an addition at 43 Colonial Court.
• Robert D. Douglas was issued a $6,000 permit for an alteration at 33 Wood Cedar Drive.

Occupancy permits:
• Shirley Martin was issued an occupancy permit for Bestway Mortgage at 4863 Palm Coast Parkway, Suite 4.
• Joseph and Margaret Coleman were issued an occupancy permit for Palm Coast Window Tinting at 13 Old Kings Rd N, Unit 3E.
