According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued tax receipts April 20-24:

Skin Dermatology & Cosmetic Services PA. is a dermatologist at 50 Cypress Point Parkway.

PALM COAST PERMITS
The following is an update for permit activity in the city for April 16-22. Total number of all permits issued: 217. Since 2009, $689 million in construction dollars have been invested in Palm Coast.

Commercial permits application:
Five Star Industrial Service applied for a $22,913 permit for gym interior renovations at 5910 State Highway 100 E.

Commercial permits issued:
SE Cline Construction was issued a $25,000 permit for a pickleball court at 2 Village Parkway, N.

Residential permits issued:
KB Homes Jacksonville was issued $352,000 permit for a single-family residence at 101 Spoonbill Drive.
Seagate Homes was issued a $315,000 permit for a single-family residence at 32 Westgate Lane.
New Coastal Homes was issued a $280,000 permit for alterations at 186 Arena Lake Drive.
Seagate Homes was issued a $271,000 permit for a single-family residence at 10 Biscayne Drive.
Seagate Homes was issued a $271,000 permit for a single-family residence at 14 Ulysses Trail.
Paul Culver Construction was issued a $216,000 permit for a single-family residence at 26 Utide Court.
Dulando Screen was issued a $42,000 permit for an addition at 35 Farmdale Lane.
Dulando Screen was issued a $28,000 permit for an addition at 2 Laura Court.
Dom Salvatore Home Improvements was issued a $16,000 permit for alterations at 38 Burbank Drive.
Southern Screen was issued an $11,000 permit for alterations at 124 Laramie Drive.Gulfstream Homes was issued a $10,000 permit for an addition at 12 Fieldstone Lane.
Volusia Home Building was issued a $9,000 permit for an addition at 43 Burning View Lane.
Ferree Builders was issued a $9,000 permit for an addition at 118 Foxhall Lane.
All Seasons Rooms was issued a $9,000 permit for alterations at 142 Whispering Pine Drive.
Encompass Alum was issued a $7,000 permit for alterations at 6 Sand Pine Drive.By the Shore was issued a $3,000 permit for an addition at 43 New Water Oak Drive.
Atlantic Alum issued a $3,000 permit for an addition at 21 Emerson Drive.
Screen Concepts was issued a $2,000 permit for alterations at 111 Spoonbill Drive.
Intervest Construction was issued a $1,500 permit for an addition at 59 N. Waterview Drive.

Occupancy permit:
Ross Wheeler was issued an occupancy permit for Skin Dermatology and Cosmetic Services at 50 Cypress Point Parkway, Suite B1.
James Blake was issued an occupancy permit for JSB Adult Family Care Home at 11 White Feather Lane.
Marlene Seale was issued an occupancy permit for Flagler Palm Coast Travel at 4 Office Park Drive, Suite 230.

Application submittal:
Heartland Dental Clinic submitted an application for a technical site plan tier 1 for Heartland Dental Clinic Palm Coast at 782 Belle Terre Parkway.
