Built in 2015, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,335 square feet. No other qualified sales were listed.

Bryan and Tamera Maynard, of Ormond Beach, sold 200 Royal Dunes Circle to Norman and Alona Novis, of Fruitland Park, for $332,000. Built in 1963, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 1,967 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $273,000.
Traci Young, of Georgia, sold 70 Ormond Shores Drive to Nicholas and Cynthia Amicone, of Ormond Beach, for $255,000. Built in 1960, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,313 square feet. No other qualified sales were listed.
