The following is an update for permit activity in the city for Aug. 13-19. Total number of all permits issued: 179. Since 2009, $757 million in construction dollars have been invested in Palm Coast.
Commercial permit applications
Tumbleson White Construction applied for a $150,000 application for bathrooms at Holland Park at 18 Florida Park Drive.
Commercial permits issued
Stultz Inc. was issued a $700,000 permit for a 5,000-square foot dental office at 782 Belle Terre Parkway.
Residential permits issued
Bellagio Custom Homes was issued a $394,000 permit for a single-family residence at 1 Scarlet Oak Court.
Ideal Homes at Palm Coast was issued a $393,000 permit for a single-family residence at 26 Freeman Lane.
Seagate Homes LLC was issued a $293,000 permit for a single-family residence at 5 Zeiolite Place.
Vanacore Homes was issued a $232,000 permit for a single-family residence at 12 Eagle Crest Path.
Luxury Builders was issued a $100,000 permit for an addition at 9 Augusta Trail.
James Brannigan was issued a $9,000 permit for an addition at 21 Eastwood Drive.
Ted & Bob Alum was issued a $8,000 permit for an addition at 8 Louisiana Drive.
Quality First Builders was issued a $5,000 permit for an alteration at 62 Ryberry Drive.
Hammock Home Improvements Inc. was issued a $4,000 permit for an alteration at 37 Esperanto Drive.
