According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued tax receipts for Nov. 9 to Dec. 3:

  • C & J Enterprisses LLC a used car dealer at 15 Hargrove Lane.
  • Mental Health America of E. Central Florida a nonprofit at 1 Farraday Lane.
  • Portugal Wine Bar & Grill a restaurant which sells alcohol at 15A Palm Harbor Village Way.
  • Apature Products Inc., a retail store at 5 Utility Drive.
  • David Kelly, CRNA, an anesthesiology clinic at 60 Memorial Medical Parkway.
  • Home-based businesses: Hospitality House LLC assisted living facility; James Ware, handyman service; Judson S. Howard, consultant; BA Concierge Travel and Events LLC travel agent; J & A Residential Contracting LLC handyman service; David Reese, handyman service.

 

PALM COAST PERMITS

The following is an update for permit activity in the city for Nov. 19 to Dec. 3. Total number of all permits issued: 339. Since January 2009, $805,047,057 construction dollars have been invested in Palm Coast.

 

Commercial permits applications

McIntyre Elwell/Strammer Contractors applied for a $1,700,000 application for interior renovations at Publix, 4950 Belle Terre Parkway.

Certified General Contractors applied for a $37,850 application for a facade renovation at 250 Palm Coast Parkway NE, Building F, at Island Walk.

 

Commercial permits issued

McIntyre Elwell was issued a $1,700,000 for interior renovations at Publix, 4950 Belle Terre Parkway.

ML Underwood Drive was issued a $165,000 for the Florida Autism Center at 515 Palm Coast Parkway SW.

 

Residential permits issued

D.R. Horton was issued $350,000 for a single-family residence at 26 Country Club Harbor Circle.

Saltwater Home Inc. was issued $322,000 for a single-family residence at 267 Conservatory Drive.

Holiday Builders Inc. was issued $301,000 for a single-family residence at 237 Bickford Drive.

Everalast Homes was issued $297,000 for a single-family residence at 29 Uthorne Place.

Seagate Homes was issued $296,000 for a single-family residence at 6 Wheeling Lane.

Palm Coast Construction was issued $287,000 for a single-family residence at 21 St. Andrews Court.

D.R. Horton was issued $277,000 for a single-family residence at 7 Waterfront Cove.

Seagate Homes was issued $271,000 for a single-family residence at 92 Wood Haven Drive.

Seagate Homes was issued $271,000 for a single-family residence at 33 Pinell Lane.

D.R. Horton was issued $252,000 for a single-family residence at 4 Waterfront Cove.

Seagate Homes was issued $239,000 for a single-family residence at 28 Louisburg Lane.

Waldhauer & Son was issued $12,000 for an addition at 17 Crazy Horse Court.

Lifetime Enclosures was issued $10,000 for an addition at 24 Wood Acre Lane.

Millers Screen was issued $9,000 for an addition at 15 Classic Court S.

A Certified Screen was issued $8,000 for an addition at 47 Auberry Drive.

Millers Screen was issued $7,000 for an alteration at 160 Point Pleasant Drive.

Millers Screen was issued $6,000 for an addition at 13 Village View Drive.

David Preacher was issued $3,000 for an alteration at 19 Patuxent Lane.

Cannon Home Services was issued $2,000 for an alteration at 33 Blakeshire Place.

 

Occupancy permits

Rodney Gelinas, of RMG Mortgage Group, received an occupancy permit at 21 Old Kings Road N., Unit B108.

Tamera Mauk, of Honeygrass Studio and Salon, received an occupancy permit at 4 Office Park Drive, Pod 1.

John Slaga, of Apature Products Inc., received an occupancy permit for an audio, video, television mounting retail store at 5 Utility Drive, Unit 18.

Joseph Ganem, of C & J Property Holdings LLC received an occupancy permit for used car sales at 15 Hargrove Grade Lane, Unit 6J.
