PALM COAST PERMITS
The following is an update for permit activity in the city for Jan. 29 to Feb. 4. Total number of all permits issued: 175. Since 2009, $648 million in construction dollars have been invested in Palm Coast.

Commercial permits issued:
• ME Construction applied for a $1,045,000 permit for a convenience store at 295 Pine Lakes Parkway.
• Lancia Custom Homes was issued an $18,000 permit for a storage/garage addition at 5400 Belle Terre Parkway.

Residential permits issued:
• Screen Machines was issued a $19,000 permit for an addition at 46 Pheasant Drive.
• A Certified Screen was issued a $10,000 permit for an addition at 90 Lake Forest Place.
• Tally’s Construction was issued an $11,000 permit for an addition at 29 Ryeberry Drive.
• Tally’s Construction was issued a $104,000 permit for an addition at 117 Red Mill Drive.
• Harkins Construction was issued a $20,000 permit for an addition at 26 Karas Trail.
• A Certified Screen was issued an $11,000 permit for alterations at 3 Cochran Lane.
• Lisa Annaheim was issued a $10,000 permit for alterations at 45 Whipporwill Drive.
• Seagate Homes was issued a $242,000 permit for a single-family residence at 103 Hummingbird Place.
• PCM Homes was issued a $288,000 permit for a single-family residence at 47 St. Andrews Court.
• Paytas Homes Inc. was issued a $271,000 permit for a single-family residence at 104 Arena Lake Drive.
• DR Horton Inc. was issued a $277,000 permit for a single-family residence at 41 Auberry Drive.
• DR Horton Inc. was issued a $235,000 permit for a single-family residence at 32 Auberry Drive.
• DR Horton Inc. was issued a $263,000 permit for a single-family residence at 34 Auberry Drive.
• DR Horton Inc. was issued a $193,000 permit for a single-family residence at 18 Auberry Drive.

• Robert Dillard was issued an occupancy permit for Vacation Resale Solution at 3 Cypress Branch Way, Unit 108E.
• Elliot Terri was issued an occupancy permit for Hanna and Imtiaz Inc. at 24 Ludlow Lane W.
• Alexis Jean was issued an occupancy permit for Marie Alexis Adult Family Care at 63 Ryberry Drive.
