TALKiT launches two new brands
GabRy, Inc./TALKiT is pleased to announce that it’s adding two new brands to their company, the “TALKiT Tunes, a new music service that will be attached to the TALKiT App, and IWDb, a worldwide website for writers and publishers, according to co-founder Curtis Ceballos.

TALKiT Tunes will host new and unsigned musicians and bands where they will be able to submit their “unsigned” music to the TALKiT Social Media Network where it will appear as a post on the TALKiT App.
IWDb is a new and revolutionary website for worldwide writers and authors. The website is in development and will be a central location to search for and purchase digital and physical books, novels and various writings, including the classics and various textbooks for schools and classes.

The TALKiT app is available in the Apple App Store and has been downloaded over 200,000 times.

Florida Hospitals Go Red for Women
In support of the American Heart Association’s annual Go Red for Women initiative on Feb. 6, the Florida Hospitals in Volusia and Flagler counties performed free cardiac screenings to help the community combat the leading cause of death in America, heart disease.

Flagler Hospital also performed free cardiac screenings and offered a heart-healthy breakfast for more than 400 Daytona International Speedway employees. Daytona International Speedway President Joie Chitwood III led by example and was screened for cardiovascular disease.

The Nation returns for full-service subscription fulfillment
The nation’s oldest continuously published magazine is returning to Palm Coast Data after several years with another provider. The Nation selected PCD due to its ability to engineer custom solutions that provide robust support for the magazine’s fundraising initiatives and traditional fulfillment activities.

As part of the multi-year, full-service contract, Palm Coast Data will provide The Nation with donation processing, ecommerce, mailing solutions, digital support, customer service and other fulfillment and value-driven solutions.

FulCircle Operations transitioning to Florida
To streamline performance and bolster collaboration, all operations of FulCircle Media will transition from Denver, Colorado to Palm Coast. The relocation begins in March and is expected to be complete this spring.

The City of Palm Coast Utility Development Manager Stephen Flanagan has been promoted to Director of Community Development as part of a reorganization involving four City departments.

Preferred Management Services has announced that Jim Lamb has been promoted to Portfolio Manager.

Richard J. DeCeglie,CRS of Watson Realty Corp, was named the Top 1% of all agents on Trulia and has earned a spot on the exclusive "Best of Trulia" list. This award recognizes agents based on 2014 sales and client review.

Jaswinder Dhariwal has joined Coldwell Banker Premier Properties, working out of the Palm Coast office, and Kathy McEnaney has been named 2014 Top Producer/Listing Associate.
