A house with five bedrooms was the top real estate sales transaction for the week of May 24-30 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. David and Allison Gartrell, of Ormond Beach, sold 123 University Circle to Bradley and Diana Tepper, of Ormond Beach, for $447,000. Built in 1963, the house has four baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,491 square feet. It sold in 1970 for $40,000.

Ormond Beach

D.R. Horton Inc., of Orlando, sold 290 River Vale Lane to Eric and Debra Lynn Gill, of Ormond Beach, for $242.316. Built in 2014, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,045 square feet. No other qualified sales were listed.

Sandra Bergeron, of Live Oak, sold 124 Ann Rustin Drive to William and Chelsea Anderson, of Sanford, for $230,000. Built in 1966, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,840 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $122,000.

Eileen Muench, of Louisville, Kentucky, sold 177 E. Ocean Terrace to DMR Revocable Trust, of Ormond Beach, for $228,000. Built in 1961, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,700 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $159,900.

Venture 16 LLC, of Volusia County, sold 415 N. Halifax Drive to Beth Lerner, of Ormond Beach, for $199,000. Built in 1957, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,552 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $131,500.

Jared and Valerie Kisseloff, of Ormond Beach, sold 11 Cypress View Trail to James Rinehart and Jayne Robertson, of Ormond Beach, for $195,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,657 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $225,000.

Harlie and Myra Perryman, of Ocala, sold 90 Rockefeller Drive to James and Sarah Cooper, of Ormond Beach, for $189,500. Built in 1955, the house has two bedrooms, one bath, a fireplace and 1,400 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $69,000.

Brenda and John Casamento, of Port Orange, sold 389 Apache Trail to Dallas and Tanya Seibert, of Ormond Beach, for $175,000. Built in 1977, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,196 square feet. No other qualified sales were listed.

Prestwick at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 1248 Kilkenny Court to James and Erica Fritz, of Ballwin, Missouri, for $198,000. Built in 2015, the town house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,562 square feet. No other qualified sales were listed.

Spring Meadows

Bryan Day, of Ormond Beach, sold 4 Meadowrun Court to Troy and Gina Wilsey, of Ormond Beach, for $295,000. Built in 2000, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,764 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $177,900.

Trails North Forty

Marie Vance, of Palm Coast, sold 230 Deer Lake Circle to Michael and Jean Luddeni, as trustees, for $180,000. Built in 1987, the house has three bedrooms, four baths, a fireplace and 1,874 square feet. No other qualified sales were listed.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Edna Logan, of Winchester, Kentucky, sold 110 Peninsula Winds Drive to Manuel and Maria Damiao, of Kearny, New Jersey, for $252,000. Built in 1996, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,680 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $181,000.

Elizabeth Densmore, individually and as trustee, sold 1183 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 305, to Jess and Chantal Stephens, of Windermere, for $215,000. Built in 1995, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,198 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $121,900

Alice Beaulieu, of individually and as trustee, sold 1239 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 304, to Henri Girem, of Lake Mary, for $210,000. Built in 1984, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,853 square feet. No other qualified sales were listed.
