Charles and Susan Pitzi, of Yarmouth Port, Massachusetts, sold 1440 Ioni Court to Bruce and Josina Pratt, of Ormond Beach, for $395,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,551 square feet. No other qualified sales were listed.
