According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued tax receipts July 17-23.

Caliber Homes Loans Inc. is a mortgage loan office at 1 Farraday Lane.
Island Doctors West Palm Coast is a medical office at 21 Hospital Drive.
• Home-based businesses: Denmark Construction, handyman service; Concept Building & Construction LLC, building contractor; Dave Can Fix It LLC, handyman service; Shiny View Cleaning Services, janitorial service; Sandhill Brands LLC, internet sales; S Visionary LLC, administrative support service; Stephanie Josephine Henry, janitorial service; Sabatini Photography, photography/video; Florida Gardener Landscaping, tree surgeon; Rebecca J. Trotter, massage therapist.


PALM COAST PERMITS
The following is an update for permit activity in the city for July 16-22. Total number of all permits issued: 225. Since 2009, $743 million in construction dollars have been invested in Palm Coast.

Commercial permit applications
Ajax Building Corporation applied for a $200,000 application for an outdoor stage for Palm Coast Arts Foundation at 1500 Central Ave.

Commercial permits issued
Hembree Construction was issued a $10,000 permit for a dumpster enclosure at 1270 Palm Coast Parkway NW.

Residential permits issued
Amaral Custom Homes was issued a $309,000 permit for a single-family residence at 6 Fairchild Lane.
Vanacore Homes was issued a $304,000 permit for a single-family residence at 23 Evans Drive.
Vanacore Homes was issued a $302,000 permit for a single-family residence at 46 Auberry Drive.
Defiant Construction was issued a $297,000 permit for a single-family residence at 3 Walker Drive.
Seagate Homes was issued a $293,000 permit for a single-family residence at 71 Edward Drive.
Blue Water Homes was issued a $277,000 permit for a single-family residence at 15 Ellison Lane.
Seagate Homes was issued a $258,000 permit for a single-family residence at 15 Llowick Court.
Paytas Homes was issued a $253,000 permit for a single-family residence at 100 Arena Lake Drive.
Holiday Builders was issued a $252,000 permit for a single-family residence at 10 Seaman Trail N.
Seagate Homes was issued a $252,000 permit for an addition at 28 Bud Field Drive.
Paytas Homes was issued a $249,000 permit for an addition at 102 Arena Lake Drive.
Trivett Homes was issued a $248,000 permit for a single-family residence at 70 Universal Trail.
Seagate Homes was issued a $247,000 permit for a single-family residence at 32 Freneau Lane.
PCM Homes was issued a $240,000 permit for a single-family residence at 41 Rymer Lane.
Verdego LLC was issued a $26,500 permit for an addition at 53 Lagare St.
Screen Machines was issued n $15,000 permit for an addition at 614 Mahogany Run.
Dom Salvatores’s Home Improvement was issued a $13,000 permit for an alteration at 46 Wodoborn Lane.
Encompass Enclosures was issued a $9,000 permit for an addition at 8 Ramrock Lane.
Ted & Bob Alum was issued a $3,000 permit for an alteration at 12 Emerson Drive.
Town & Country Homes was issued a $2,000 permit for an alteration at 11 Biddleson Place.
Dacom Home Accents was issued a $1,000 permit for an alteration at 14 Wendlin Lane.

Occupancy Permit
Maria Gallo was issued an occupancy permit for Timeshares by Owner of Palm Coast Inc. at 10 Cypress Point Parkway, Unit 109-110.

Application Submittals
Old Kings LLC submitted an application for a variance landscaping for Palm Harbor Lots 3 and 4 at 16 and 20 Old Kings Road N.

Branch Island Walk Associates LP submitted an application for a subdivision preliminary plat for Island Walk at 250 Palm Coast Parkway N.E.

PV-Palm Coast LLC submitted an application for a preliminary plat for Shoppes at Palm Coast at the southeast corner of State Highway 100 and Belle Terre Blvd.

Seagate Communities Inc. submitted an application for a subdivision final plat for Park Place Subdivision at Pine Grove section 26 on Pine Grove Drive, east of Belle Terre and West of I-95.

Grand Haven Commercial LLC submitted an application for a subdivision non-statutory for Grand Haven Sales Center at 2298 Colbert Lane.
