Ormond Beach Chamber of Commerce ambassadors were guests at the Aligned Integrative Healthcare ribbon cutting on June 9. Dr. Steve Rosman and Dr. James Valcarcel deliver individualized, integrated and natural treatments, according to a press release. They are located at 136 N. Orchard Street, Suite 3.

Agent named to century club

Mark Norcia of Mark Norcia & Associates, of Ormond Beach, has been named to The Florida Century Club for his dedication to helping customers plan for their insurance, financial needs and retirement savings goals, according to a press release.

The Florida Century Club recognizes the top Allstate agents and financial services specialists in the state of Florida, and Norcia was among the top 10 percent.

Yoga, cardio instructors added

Lotus Yoga & Fitness, 28 W. Granada Blvd. has added two instructors, according to owner Debbie Yarbrough.

Alexis Martin, new yoga instructor, has been teaching in the area for nine years, and Patti Pate is the new cardio spin instructor.

Martin is founder/director of Prenatal to the Cradle and Yoga Alliance certified at level E-RYT500. Pate has taught many types of group fitness classes for 20 years including step, kickboxing, spin, yoga, pilates and weight training.

Preferred Management adds clients

Preferred Management Services has announced they are managing three new associations in Ormond Beach: Madeira Villa South Condominiums, located in Ormond-by-the-Sea; and Prestwick Townhomes and Prestwick Townhomes II, both in Plantation Bay.
