A house with a boat house and boat dock was the top real estate sales transaction for the week of May 10 through May 16 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Neville and Sapna Ramchander, of Volusia County, sold 806 Riverside Drive to Michael Sobota and Laura Price, of Ormond Beach, for $1,375,000. Built in 1981, the house has four bedrooms, four baths, two fireplaces, a swimming pool and 3,889 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $899,000.

Ormond Beach

Constance and Bruce Kozak, of Ormond Beach, sold 686 John Anderson Drive to Kirit and Bhanu Bhalani, of Ormond Beach, for $975,000. Built in 1955, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 4,042 square feet. It sold in 1971 for $46,500.

Harrell Peterson-Ramos, of Ormond Beach, sold 85 Saddlers Run to Gail Brodeur and Clive Charest, of Flagler Beach, for $257,500. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,251 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $225,000.

Andrew and Paula Reeser, of Ormond Beach, sold 18 Ocean Pines Drive to Wesley and Catherine Cordell, of Ormond Beach, for $220,000. Built in 1994, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,104 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $201,000.

Nancy Goren, of Daytona Beach, sold 3 Katrinas Drive to Teresa Ward, of Ormond Beach, for $175,500. Built in 1992, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,841 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $272,500.

Andrea Reese, of New Smyrna Beach, sold 18 Oak Village Drive to Teresa Jewell, of Ormond Beach, for $173,500. Built in 2001, the house has two bedooms, two baths and 1,763 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $185,000.

Dean Gast, as trustee, sold 8 Dorado Court to Constance Kozak, of Ormond Beach, for $170,000. Built in 1999, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,250 square feet. No other qualified sales were listed.

George Khayat, of Hollywood, sold 37 Marvin Road to Alisa Holland, of Ormond Beach, for $170,000. Built in 1958, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,857 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $120,000.
