The following is an update for permit activity in the city for May 7-13. Total number of all permits issued: 163. Since 2009, $700 million in construction dollars have been invested in Palm Coast.

Commercial permit application:
Five Star Industrial Services applied for a $23,000 application for gym interior renovations at 5920 State Highway 100 E.

Residential permits issued:
Intervest Construction was issued a $425,000 permit for a single-family residence at 5 Scarlet Oak Court.
DR Horton was issued $360,000 permit for a single-family residence at 43 Auberry Drive.
Bellagio Custom Homes was issued a $352,000 permit for a single-family residence at 17 Blue Oak Lane.
Vanacore Construction was issued a $254,000 permit for a single-family residence at 50 Westmoreland Drive.
Lifetime Enclosures was issued a $39,000 permit for an alteration at 39 Old Kings Road S.
Lancia Custom Homes was issued a $35,000 permit for a pavilion addition at 8 Crafton Court.
Ted & Bob’s Alum was issued an $11,000 permit for an alteration at 66 Forest Hill Drive.
Screen Machines was issued a $9,000 permit for an addition at 6 Laurel Oak Place.
Millers Screen was issued a $9,000 permit for an addition at 6 Graham Trail.
Pools Captain was issued a $7,000 permit for an addition at 14 Osprey Circle.
Encompass Aluminum was issued a $6,000 permit for an addition at 5 Clermont Court.
Dacom Home Accents was issued a $3,000 permit for an alteration at 36 Osprey Circle.
