• Home-based businesses: David Scott Myer Painting & Washing, janitorial service; DIG Excavation & Land Grading Inc., excavation; Dino’s Custom Flooring LLC, flooring installation; John Di Millo Inc., landscaping service.
PALM COAST PERMITS
The following is an update for permit activity in the city for May 14-20. Total number of all permits issued: 298. Since 2009, $705 million in construction dollars have been invested in Palm Coast.
Commercial permit application:
Dimare Construction applied for a $400,000 application for a site development at First Baptist Church at 6050 Palm Coast Parkway N.W.
Hembree Construction applied for a $380,000 application for a shell building at the Palm Coast Medical Building at 1270 Palm Coast Parkway N.W.
Residential permits issued:
D. R. Horton was issued a $291,000 permit for a single-family residence at 55 Auberry Drive.
Seagate Homes was issued a $271,000 permit for a single-family residence at 28 Ulysses Trail.
Paytas Homes was issued a $249,000 permit for a single-family residence at 143 Arena Lake Drive.
Seagate Homes was issued a $232,000 permit for a single-family residence at 83 Ryberry Drive.
Seagate Homes was issued a $231,000 permit for a single-family residence at 5 Sleeping Beauty Place.
D. R. Horton was issued $228,000 permit for a single-family residence at 49 Auberry Drive.
Mark Hickson Homes was issued a $28,000 permit for an addition at 45 Llama Trail.
Encompass Enlosure was issued a $19,000 permit for an addition at 5 Bud Shire Lane.
A Certified Screen was issued a $15,000 permit for an addition at 131 Spoonbill Drive.
G & T Contractor Service was issued a $14,000 permit for an alteration at 21 Auberry Drive.
Screen Concepts was issued a $13,000 permit for an addition at 15 Westfalls Lane.
G & T Contractor Service was issued a $6,000 permit for an alteration at 5 Graham Trail.
Roman Building Contractors was issued a $5,000 permit for an addition at 21 Bannerwood Lane.
