According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued tax receipts May 25-29.

PALM COAST PERMITS
The following is an update for permit activity in the city for May 21-27. Total number of all permits issued: 190. Since 2009, $708 million in construction dollars have been invested in Palm Coast.
Commercial permit application:
Phillips Coastal Construction applied for a $45,000 application for interior modeling at Take Action Properties at 25 Palm Harbor Village Way, Unit 5-B.
Commercial permits issued:
Sun State Nursery and Landscaping was issued a $522,922 permit for landscape/irrigation median improvements at State Highway 100 between I-95 and Roberts Road.
Hawkins Construction was issued a $280,000 permit for a Building D. shell building at 250 Palm Coast Parkway, NE 900.
Hawkins Construction was issued a $262,000 permit for a Building C. shell building at 250 Palm Coast Parkway, NE 700.
S & D Construction was issued a $1,000 permit for walkaways to docks at 109 Riverview Bend, S.
Residential permits issued:
Bellagio Custom Homes was issued a $476,000 permit for a single-family residence at 214 Willow Oak Way.
Skyway Builders was issued a $343,000 permit for a single-family residence at 209 Willow Oak Way.
PCM Homes Corp was issued a $250,000 permit for a single-family residence at 82 Red Mill Drive.
Lifetime Enclosures was issued a $33,000 permit for an alteration at 81 Breeze Hill Lane.
Gulfstream Homes was issued a $15,000 permit for an addition at 227 London Drive.
Diana Border was issued a $9,000 permit for an addition at 3 Butterfield Place.
Romanoff Renovations was issued a $6,000 permit for an alteration at 229 Bird of Paradise Drive.
Dacom Home Accents was issued a $1,000 permit for an alteration at 8 Ramsgate Place.
