European Village expects a new Mediterranean /Portuguese Seafood Restaurant

With 2,600 square feet, indoor and outdoor dining, units C129-130 will be occupied by a new restaurant at European Village.

According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued tax receipts for Oct. 23-29:

  • Resort Release Unlimited LLC is a consultant company at 5 Utility Drive.
  • Home-based businesses: Intracoastal Pool, pool cleaning; Tyrone Ferrell, handyman service; Psallo Services Inc., unclassified personal service; Quintana Kitchen Plus LLC, handyman, Horizon Financial Centers Inc., administrative support service; David Day Flooring, flooring contractor; Juliano Connections LLC, unclassified personal service; Sherri’s Cleaning, janitorial service; Durand’s Services LLC, unclassified personal service.

PALM COAST PERMITS

The following is an update for permit activity in the city for Oct. 22-28. Total number of all permits issued: 181. Since January 2009, $788,297,257 construction dollars have been invested in Palm Coast.

 

Commercial permits issued

Mark Abbott's Custom applied for a $135,000 application for China Express renovations at Island Walk, 250 Palm Coast Parkway, Unit 407.

Verdego LLC applied for a $3,000 application for Mezzaluna Pizzeria renovations at 101 Palm Coast Parkway, Unit A-105.

Slone Construction applied for a $2,000 application for Europa renovations at 101 Palm Harbor Parkway, Units A101-102.

 

Residential permits issued

Skyway Builders was issued a $540,000 permit for a single-family residence at 127 Willow Oak Way.

Charles Rinek was issued a $306,000 permit for a single-family residence at 78 Eric Drive.

Adams Homes was issued a $281,000 permit for a single-family residence at 90 Sloganeer Trail.

Adams Homes was issued a $281,000 permit for a single-family residence at 28 Selbourne Path.

Seagate Homes was issued a $244,000 permit for a single-family residence at 10 Clermont Court.

D.R. Horton was issued a $226,000 permit for a single-family residence at 8 Waterfront Cove.

Adams Homes was issued a $202,000 permit for a single-family residence at 80 Zaun Trail.

Skyway Builders was issued a $540,000 permit for a single-family residence at 127 Willow Oak Way.

Encompass Enclosures was issued a $190,000 permit for an addition at 13 Biddlesone Place.

Waterside Pools was issued a $30,000 permit for an addition at 91 Colechester Lane.

Budd Severino was issued a $17,000 permit for an addition at 42 North Park Circle.

Budd Severino was issued a $11,000 permit for an alteration at 108 South Starling Drive.

Encompass Enclosures was issued a $11,000 permit for an addition at 17 Llacer Place.

Millers Screen was issued a $7,000 permit for alterations at 31 Kankakee Trail.

Servpro of Flagler County was issued a $3,000 permit for alterations at 75 Laguna Forest Trail.

A Certified Screen was issued a $2,000 permit for an alteration at 42 River Park Drive.

 

Occupancy permits

Beata Lysakowska was issued an occupancy permit for Massage Therapy at 4865 Palm Coast Parkway NW, Unit 1.

Galina Moloksher was issued an occupancy permit for Arttania LLC (furniture/accessories) at 19 Hargrove Grade, Unit C.

Cecilia Vicenco was issued an occupancy permit for Motherly Care Assisted Living at 5 Big Dipper Lane.

 

Certificate of occupancy

DNR Construction was issued a $42,000 certificate of occupancy for Palm Coast Pizza at 1755 Palm Harbor Parkway, Unit 3.

Slone Construction was issued a $1,100 certificate of occupancy for Europa Bar renovations at 101 Palm Harbor Parkway, Units A101-102.
