A house on 2.5 acres was the top real estate sales transaction for the week of Sept. 27 thru Oct. 3 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Roy and Marki Hargrave, of Ormond Beach, sold 260 Treeline Trail to Eric and Vanessa Lewis, of Ormond Beach, for $850,000. Built in 2008, the house has five bedrooms, five baths, three half-baths, three fireplaces, a swimming pool and 5,432 square feet. No other qualified sales were listed.

Robert and Martha Boda, of Ormond Beach, sold 398 Triton Road to Laurence and Cheryl Downes, of Ormond Beach, for $735,000. Built in 2014, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace and 4,615 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $439,000.

Robbin Quarterman, of Daytona Beach, sold 11 Woodridge Drive to Ronda McCord, of Ormond Beach, for $220,000. Built in 1976, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,616 square feet. It sold in $88,000 for $110,000.

Bradley and Dianna Tepper, of Ormond Beach, sold 91 Ormwood Drive to Braden Shoemaker, of Ormond Beach, for $215,000. Built in 1962, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,574 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $92,500.
