Realty Exchange upgrades to larger office at Island Walk

Realty Exchange is transitioning its main office to Island Walk in early 2016. The new office space is 6,845 square feet compared to the first location, at 800 Belle Terre Parkway, Unit 110, with only 1,400 square feet. The new office will include a conference room to hold meetings. Both offices will still be in use for day to day operations.

“We chose this new location due to many reasons,” Realty Exchange Marketing Director Sean Santore said. “It is centrally located in the heart of Palm Coast and we needed a larger office due to the fact that we are growing and want to provide our agents a larger office to work from.”
