Permits: A total of 18 new businesses were issued tax receipts

According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued tax receipts June Sept. 28 to Oct. 2:

Nu Link Auto Body Service LLC is an auto repair shop at 19 Hargrove Grade.

The following is an update for permit activity in the city for Sept. 24-30. Total number of all permits issued: 163. Since 2009, $776 million in construction dollars have been invested in Palm Coast.

Commercial permit applications

Environmental Contractors Inc. applied for a $250,000 application for renovations Dialysis Home Care Training Facility at 80 Pinnacles Drive, Suite 1000.

Hawkins Construction applied for a $15,000 application for renovations at Demising Wall at 250 Palm Coast Parkway NE, Units 501.

Hawkins Construction applied for a $40,000 application for renovations at Florida Medical at 250 Palm Coast Parkway NE, Unit 901.

Success Builders of Fruit Cove applied for a $14,000 application for renovations at Great Clips at 250 Palm Coast Parkway NE, 404.

Paradise Landscaping applied for a $1,100 application for two paver walkways at 1000 Palm Coast Parkway NW.

Commercial permits issued

SE Cline Construction was issued a $237,000 permit for a site development at 399 Grand Landing Parkway.

Hatcher Construction was issued a $50,000 permit for renovations at 9 Pine Cone Drive, Unit 101.

Stultz Inc. was issued a $7,000 permit for awnings at Heartland Dental at 782 Belle Terre Parkway.

Hausen Properties was issued a $6,000 permit for renovations at 1 Industry Drive.

Gemstone Contractors was issued a $3,000 permit for renovations at the Utility Department at 2 Utility Drive.

EH Contracting was issued a $2,000 permit for renovations at Just Train Fitness at 5 Utility Drive, Units 1 & 2.

Seagate Homes was issued a $385,000 permit for a single-family residence at 5 White Hawk Court.

EH Contracting was issued a $9,000 permit for an alteration at 101 Brownstone Lane.

Certified Screen was issued a $6,000 permit for an addition at 10 Zorro Court.

Ted and Bob Alum was issued a $4,000 permit for an addition at 16 Cunningham Lane.

Occupancy permits

Ramon Peralta Jr. was issued an occupancy permit for Peralta Illustration & Design at 389 Palm Coast Parkway SW, Unit 4.

Kevin Greene was issued an occupancy permit for Beltone Northern Florida at 55 Plaza Drive, Unit D7.

Ramnarine Gowlerran was issued an occupancy permit for NU Link Auto Body at 19 Hargrove Grade.

Certificate of occupancy

Hawkins Construction was issued an $872,000 certificate of occupancy for a nine-unit shell building at 250 Palm Coast Parkway NE, unit 400.

Hawkins Construction was issued a $467,000 certificate of occupancy for a seven-unit shell building at 250 Palm Coast Parkway NE, unit 500.

Phillips Coastal Construction was issued a $45,000 certificate of occupancy for Take Action Properties office at 25 Palm Harbor Village Way, Unit 5B.

Deegan Daniel was issued a $10,000 certificate of occupancy for Spine Recovery Center at 1430 Palm Coast Parkway NW, Unit 2.
