PERMITS

The following is an update for permit activity in the city for March 31-April 6. Total number of permits issued: 381. Since January 2009, $876,118,961 construction dollars have been invested in Palm Coast.

Commercial Permit Applications

Dav-Lin Interior Contracting was issued a $59,000 permit for renovations at 250 Palm Coast Parkway NE, unit 403.

Fulcrum Construction was issued a $780,000 permit for Dollar General at 20 Old Kings Road N.

Select Professional Builders was issued a $30,000 permit for renovations at 250 Palm Coast Parkway NE, unit 403.

Elfrink Custom Construction was issued a $925,000 permit for Super Wash at 110 Cypress Point Parkway.

 

Commercial Permits Issued

City of Palm Coast was issued a permit for a multi-purpose path at Seminole Woods Blvd., and Sesame Blvd to US Highway 1.

SE Cline Construction was issued a $1 million permit for site development: infrastructure for 6 lots at 5013 State Road 100 E.

New Coastal Homes was issued a $30,000 permit for a storage building at 4490 N. US Highway 1.

Seagate Homes was issued a $228,000 permit for a single-family residence at 134 Park Place.

Bomar Construction was issued a certificate of occupancy permit for $750,000 for Grand Haven Sales Center at 2298 Colbert Lane.
