Fulcrum Construction Group has started to clear the land at 20 Old Kings Road N. This will be the new home of another Dollar General. They currently have a site development permit issued.  According to Dollargeneral.com the company announced their plans to accelerate new store openings to 1,000 in 2017. Dollar General stores employ six to 10 employees. 

According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued tax receipts for April 11-April 15:

 

  • Trivett Homes Inc. a residential contractor at 50 Cypress Point Parkway.
  • One Pharmacy a pharmacy at 28 Old Kings Road.

Commercial Permit Applications

PCEO Inc. was issued a $25,108,000 permit at 400 Pavey Grade for wastewater treatment plant 2.

 

Commercial Permit Issued

Emmett Sapp Builders was issued a $67,000 permit for 5234 State Road 100, unit 105 and 106, for façade renovations to Mattress One.

Bruns Builders Services was issued a $1,000 permit for 15 Hargrove Lane for interior renovations to Waterside Pools.

 

Residential Permits

Paytas Homes was issued $236,000 permit for a single-family residence at 62 Arena Lake Drive.

Paytas Homes was issued a $253,000 permit for a single-family residence at 19 Arena Lake Circle.

Paytas Homes was issued a $241,000 permit for a single-family residence at 103 Arena Lake Drive.

Maronda Homes was issued a $313,000 permit for a single-family residence at 5 Buttermill Drive.

Maronda Homes was issued a $306,000 permit for a single-family residence at 64 Baltimore Lane.

Holiday Builders was issued a $190,000 permit for a single-family residence at 93 Park Place Circle.

Seagate Homes was issued a $280,000 permit for a single-family residence at 3 Whitney Place.

Olsen Custom Homes was issued a $416,000 permit for a single-family residence at 504 Sweetgum Lane.

Seagate Homes was issued a $214,000 permit for a single-family residence at 125 Park Place.

Seagate Homes was issued a $232,000 permit for a single-family residence at 50 Sea Breeze Trail.

Seagate Homes was issued a $239,000 permit for a single-family residence at 8 Slippery Rock Trail.

Palm Coast Homes Constuction was issued a $324,000 permit for a single-family residence at 11 Evans Drive.

 

Occupancy Permit

Robin Chattin was issued an occupancy permit for Advantacare Medical Facility at 9 Pine Cone Drive, unit 104.

Southern Title was issued an occupancy permit for Southern Title Holding Company at 2928 Colbert Lane.
